best salmon bene I have had in a long while. prompt friendly service. coffee was piping hot and delicious. well worth a visit. bought the seeduction bread and a meat pie for dinner. both were outstanding. pie was packed full of chunks of steak and gravy. yum. 5 stars for sure.
I had my first experience at Artisan on Friday and what a treat it was. Superb service with the friendliest staff, the food was delicious and so well presented. It was well worth the 1 hour drive from Tai Tapu! Totally recommend this place
Thank you so much for the lovely dairy and egg free chocolate cake. It was moist n yummy highly recommend

I come to Artisan quite often and think the staff are great :)
I love the vegetarian club sandwiches (I'm not vegetarian), the carrot and walnut muffins and the butter chicken pies. However, I am not a fan of the cheese scones -cheese scones should have lots of cheese through the mix not just a slice on top which ends up tasting rancid.
The coffee is great and the upstairs kids play area is fantastic.
Keep up the great work :)
Happy smiley staff, relaxed atmosphere and prompt service. Great place to chat with friends over a coffee.
Absolutely brilliant, can't recommend highly enough. I contacted Artisan via fb message looking for a cake topper and cupcake toppers. I only gave them 2 days notice yet they did it for me no problem, I only contacted Monday evening and I had the toppers by Wed lunchtime! The toppers were brilliant and my son LOVED them and I'm so grateful that they saved me despite my request being so last-minute.
called in for a coffee on the weekend .. great service ..and as always ... all the food looks great ....
An excellent place for lunch. Great pies and an assortment you'll be hard pressed to beat. The Beef Brisket pie with Thai curry is well worth a try.
Not much food for vegetarians/vegans. My coffee was good. The Bakery was nice and clean. There was a lot of cakes and biscuits to choose from. I do like that they have special meals on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Nice spacious place with plenty of choices at a reasonable price.
We went there on a weekend morning for brunch. We were lucky enough to get a car park (which can be challenging sometimes).
We sat upstairs and had “Have it your way brekkie” followed by coffee/ tea.
The service was reasonably quick, the food well presented and sumptuous. The “have it your way” allows you to add whatever you want, which is wonderful flexibility.
My “pot of tea for one” had more than two servings.
You can sit on table-chairs or comfortable sofas. There is plenty of seating on both floors.
Downstairs, there is plenty to choose from, including the “reduced prices” items - which can provide some good bargains.
Lovely place. Visited after almost 10 yrs. nothings changed in terms of decor. Which is interesting. Food is worth the quality and quantity. Better than what you get at coffee club or Columbus. Although 45 mins ride from Chch.
We were 9 ppl and had almost all kinds of breakfast and each recommended. Approx 15-22$ each dish depending if u take salmon or noting as sides.
Very well priced coffee. $4.60 for a large cappuccino or flatwhite etc is extremely good these days. Their food is delicious and they have Alot of refrigerated delights that are on special everyday. I purchased an apple crumble for $3.50 that's cheaper than a local supermarket and much fresher. The service was very good too. All in all I'd recommend
Great place for family and friend to bond relax and enjoy there amazing food. Shout out to the awesome stuff keep it up looking forward next time going there.
Just love coming to my local. The most amazing coffee for a break and always come away with something from the range of seconds. Today 6 large gourmet muffins came home. Were slightly out of shape but does that matter for seconds?? Each one is a meal on there own all for under $7. Hubby's lunch sorted for the week.
Also appreciate the chilled water on tap for free, just help yourself.
Service is quick inspite of the busy time I called in
Great atmosphere and service - awesome food, try the loaded fries!
Lovely bright , spacious and clean.
Great pot of tea & Yummy club sandwiches, thankyou.
Artisan is a really great bakery having an extensive range of products for sale on the display stands. They do a nice hot breakfast and because it is on two levels you can have private functions upstairs. These events can be quite large and they will cater for your requirements. Car parking is tight and if you can't park there pop across the road to the major parking area by the Warehouse and Noel Leemings. Toilets are available in Artisan. They can also do a quick hot bite to eat from prepared food in the displays st the counter.Great for a quick hot breakfast.
Great bakery! Worth a drive from the motorway... Good selection of vegan stuff... Very popular during lunch time.
It’s always clean, the staff are always polite and there is heaps of selection of food to dine in or take home. Coffee is okay, it the hottest and sometimes a a bit bitter however most consistent place in rangiora and a go to for me
Eaten here a couple of times now and the food is awesome! Such a cool spot. Never has let me down in any way. Reasonable price and a variety of options you choose.
You can also see the kitchen inside through the glass. you won't regret it!
Nice place for lunch. Lovely selection baking.
Very clean. Service excellent
Such an array of food to choose from either to eat there or to take away. There was a group of 3 of us that had a light lunch. Food was delicious and it is a very spacious bakery. It is quite hard not to walk out without buying something to take away with you as the prices are so good. It is the go to place when we go out to Rangiora.
As always Renee made us the perfect birthday cake. Looked fantastic and tasted just as good. Thanks Renee.
