This place does not look like much from the outside, and inside it is fairly basically furnished. But do not be fooled, the food is awesome. Become my favourite eating hole and the staff always so friendly.
The coffee was amazing and the food was beautifully presented. Only negative was the waitor and chef were having a loud argument in the kitchen which everyone could hear in the cafe. It made it hard to hear the conversation with my friend and was very awkward. Other than that, the service was great - would still recommend

An adorable place that’s just near Rangitoto College. I just came here with my bf today and we loved it, the ice coffee and cappuccino was great! Would definitely come again after school

Nice atmosphere. Like the cute duck and goose painting on the wall there, but shamefully didn't take pics of that. Dishes were nice too, the pink burger I ordered was pretty but I prefer the taste of the curry my bf ordered! Pink beetroot latte was good for photos too.
Came on a busy Sunday, cafe is well decorated and staffs are friendly. I had the Big breakfast, very huge portion and hearty meal (: my friend had one of the bao and she enjoyed it a lot!! Overall we had a delicious Sunday meal. Will be back for more 👍🏼
Nice place for a weekend brunch. Not too many “standard” brunch options, though, it was a bit of an Asian fusion twist. I’d recommend the vegetable and tofu curry with rice.

Enjoyed unique brunch today. Duck curry was tasty it was a bit spicier than I expected and i think the duck was slightly overcooked coz it was a bit dry. but overall good taste! Came for lunch and ordered their famous duck curry and softshell crab bao. The duck curry so yummy and the coconut rice came with the curry taste so good as well. The bao was ok. Coffee also good.
Exotic touch to common omelette(melt away soft) with crabmeat and pickled carrots. Tofu and Aubergine was very well cooked in curry. The coconut rice was flavorful as well. First time checking ID when I showed my zomato gold app and came back again to check the unlock ID number.
Loved the soft shell crab bao! Big breakfast was good except that the poached eggs were over cooked so egg yolks weren’t runny. Overall, we will definitely come back to try the salmon and prawn focaccia baos next!
Good taste! I love the Bao is steamed. The Bao is very special. But the duck is over cooked. If there was more curry sauce, it maybe better.

The baos are generously stuffed with filling. Each different flavoured bao has a different bun colour/flavour and the buns were slightly sweet. Flavours worked well together. Because the baos were so big, it was a little hard to eat. You definitely need to use a knife and fork if you don’t want to get messy.

I had the chicken bun. It was really yummy but felt like the chicken was slightly dry, but nice flavors. Coffee was good. Like that its close to my work and on Gold.
Came for a late lunch at 3pm on Saturday. Only came because we were in the area and it was a Zomato Gold place. No regrets man. The duck curry was homemade and delicious and creamy. The duck confit was done well prior to the curry being added. The beetroot bao was a interesting twist but the tempura covering the crap was a bit oily. Still nice flavours overall and will definitely come back. And lovely service. Thank you!

This is my first Zomato Gold experience. It’s easy and smooth. I feel I’m welcomed. The staff is friendly and effective. Coffee is good. Fried chicken Bao is quite yummy, bit of spicy, not suitable of kids. Lamb curry is creamy, vege is fresh. Will come back soon.
First visit and first use of my Gold membership. I've wanted to go there for some time but kept forgetting it closes in the afternoon or at 8pm, which is too early for us, so we went for weekend brunch.
I took the chicken mince salad with transparent noodles, slightly spicy, with a sauce that reminds me of the Vietnamese Nuoc-Mam but less strong. It was good, I ate all of it and its sauce.
My wife was a bit disappointed by her Ratatouille omelette with cheese as she couldn't taste the cheese and isn't a fan of sweet sauce (sweet onion sauce was on the side). I found it quite good myself.
My parents both had the dick curry with rice in coconut sauce and loved it. They had it each just at the level of spiciness they wanted. I had a taste and the meat was nicely soft, the sauce very nice.
Cappuccino was ok, matcha tea was very nice (just sweet enough), and service pretty good although a bit slower than similar places.
Easy parking around. Will be back
We decided to give this place a try after seeing "glowing" reviews from other Zomato Gold members. The cafe has a great variety of food selection with Asian/Western fusion style. We tried their signature dish, the duck curry with aromatic curry sauce on rice. Exceeded our expectation - 5/5. definitely must try meal when you visit this place. Great atmosphere, friendly owner and staff as well. we will definitely come back again in the near future.

Food delicious food! Came here for brunch and we were sold. Their duck curry on rice is divine and the Mr. thinks his big brekkie is pretty special too. We ordered their mocha, beetroot and black sesame latte too. They are pretty to look at! We takeaway two of the matcha and cherry cream puffs. So creamy and buttery. Right coux texture. Will be back again.
Currently enjoying the beautifully confit-cooked, crispy skinned duck with this aromatic curry sauce. Reminds me of Indonesian gado gado flavours and the coconut rice soaked up all the flavours. So delish! Pork belly bao was demolished as well. Fluffy buns went so well with the tender sweet pork belly slices. Def recommend.
Been here several times, always get the chicken karagee bao because it's delicious! The bao is beautifully soft and fresh and the chicken is very tender. The people I've been with have tried other items and thought they were yummy too. The staff are really helpful and happy to alter the meals to your liking. The cabinet food also looks good, and eventually I'll try it! Pricing is also very reasonable, especially when compared to other unique cafes in the area

This will FOREVER be my favourite place to eat. I can’t not write a review without absolutely RAVING about the Bao Burgers. I have tried every single one on the menu. The Pork Belly is soft, fatty, and delicious. The Karaage Chicken is crispy and golden, and the soft shell crab is so bloody delicious . As you can imagine all three being so damn tasty it’s rather hard to make a decision! I’m still working my way through the menu, and have tried the Mushroom Ragout also, which is so delicious and savoury, so different to your average creamy mushrooms. I have also tried the Kumara and Potato Hashcake, which was the perfect mix of sweet and savoury. The food is all so unique, everything has a unique twist but is executed beautifully. I send high praise to the chef because I love what he does! I also adore the coffee, and the frappes - they are so tasty without being overly sweet. Cabinet food is pretty darn good too. Keep doing what you’re doing duck duck goose, I will most definitely be back week after week 😅 you are my go to on Uber eats!!!
Whenever we are in need of a tasty brunch we come to DDG. Reasonable pricing, big portions, nice coffee and friendly service. Asian menu items are definitely superior, especially good are the baos! Having been 4 times we look forward to coming back and trying more dishes. Highly recommended.
We came around 3pm. There were only two staff, but offered best food and service. We ordered chicken soup, ugly bagel and Potato kumara hashcake. All tasty!

I have been to Duck Duck Goose a few times and can vouch for their chicken karage bao. Their menu is quite different to the usual line up that you get at other cafes and the price isn’t bad. The staff are also extremely helpful and friendly.
Lovely different menu from the norm and great for all the different diets in our big group. We should have booked - but they were really accommodating. And the servings were very generous.
Perfect place for a midweek lunch out of the office. The place is charming with very fitting duck and goose décor.
I had potato & kumara hashcake with creamy mushrooms just delish! My partner had the Chicken karage bao it was yum but perhaps could increase the chicken filing a bit more. And I think black sesame latté is my new favourite.

Always driven past this place and it’s always been busy so finally got the opportunity to come in here for a later lunch. The place is aesthetically pleasing - simple plywood shelves and benches, white walls and a gorgeous simple painting of a few ducks and a goose. The food was good - they make their own steam bao buns and it was super soft and the fried chicken was super delicious! I got the chicken soup which was more of a deconstructed style take on a soup. Flavours were all there and the veges were super fresh - only downfall I can say is the soup says it has shiitake mushrooms and I had none in my soup. Definitely will be back ☺️

An accident occurred at the store about 5 minutes before we arrived, where a car crashed into the entrance, completely shattering the glass. However, the staff were able to handle the situation with upmost professionalism and it got resolved very smoothly.
We ordered the Soft Shell Crab Bao and Potato & Kumara Hashcake w/ Creamy Mushroom along with a Beetroot Latte.
The Soft Shell Crab Bao was absolutely delicious. The fried crab was light and had a really delicate flavour. The pink beetroot bun was really unique and had a texture similar to a panini. All the elements worked well with each other, especially the kimchi on the side.
The Kumara Hashcake was just as good. The fried hash cake itself was a generous size, and I love how the other components of the dish were more on the sour side to cut through the fried main star of the dish.
What really caught my attention when looking at the menu was the beetroot latte as it was something I’d never seen at any other cafe before. To which the manager explained that it was his own recipe and used fresh beetroot to make it. It had a really unique and fresh flavour to wake up your tastebuds in between sips during your meal.
Decor and service were wonderful and they also had a good selection of cakes and desserts in the cabinet by the counter up front.
Tasty food, the looking of the food is so awesome and nice too. Staff are very friendly. Service was fast and high quality. Been here for 3 times already

We ordered the duck curry and the potato and kumara hashcake. The curry was so much spicier than expected but it tasted so good with the coconut rice with its crispy shell that even though it burnt so much, I couldn’t stop eating. The portions were quite large so I couldn’t finish it even though it really wanted to, and I will definitely be back to try the other curries. The hot chocolate wasn’t too overbearingly sweet but it was a nice contrast to the spicy curry.

This is one of the most beautiful and aesthetically pleasing restaurants I’ve been to, even the sparking water is served in a chemistry flask. The tables and layouts are so bright and this place seems so perfect for brunch with friends. This is probably one of my favourite brunch places and I will definitely be back.
I visited Duck Duck Goose Eatery (DDG) in Albany over the weekend and I was pleasantly surprised with their refreshing and innovative brunch menu. The cafe was super spacious and well it with ample sunlight. It was quite empty when we first arrived at around 11am but soon the places started to fill up as lunch time approached. While there were barely any sweet items on the menu, there was SO MUCH savouries to pick from. Not only do you get the traditional eggs bene/potato rosti with poached egg and the classic big breakfast, there was a whole lot of Asian inspired dishes including their famous multi-coloured bao buns (burgers in Asian buns) with fillings include soft-shell crab, tofu and fried chicken, curries (!) and Indonesian style big breakfasts.
The service here is fabulous and the food is great!They are so good at catering for dietary requirements (gf,df,v) and have a decently priced menu for the serving size. The food and coffee taste amazing - not to mention their always delicious looking cabinet.
First attraction was the name, I love it and it worked with peaking my interest.
Saturday morning breakfast but didn't want the standard eggs and bacon... having a Chicken Karage Bao for breakfast that's coloured green is certainly not the usual and it was awesome!!! Flavour, texture, presentation all awesome.
Wifey had the best ugly bagel, added some halloumi cheese and she was in heaven.
The cafe had the morning sun filtering in which was glorious and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Overall an awesome morning breakfast.

I absolutely love this place! The service was great and the duck curry with fries was amazing. I’ve never agreed with fusion food but the curry has really got my tastebuds along with the hand cut fries. I also ordered a mango smoothie with almond milk and the sweetness was just right :) will definitely go again !

I came here with my family to celebrate Mother's Day. We came around lunch time so the cafe were full and very busy but happy to wait as we read so many good reviews on the internet. When we finally get to order we ordered:
Flat white coffee
Soft shell crab bao
Almond croissant

I've got to admit that DDG has one of the best coffee I have ever tasted. After having one, I decided to order another flat white coffee.
Soft shell crab was super light and crispy. The handmade bao was also very creative to use organic ingredient and top it up with the sauce to complete the dish. I have never tasted the bao this good before in any other cafe around this area.
My wife loves that the heated the almond croissant as other cafe never does that and cabinet food always so cold.
My kids love the chips as it was super crispy. They finished it in one go and I have to order extra for them, which is a good sign.
Also, the front of house service was really good as the lady who served us continuously checking on us the whole service and we felt like we were being taken care off.
Overall, worth a try and we were so happy that we decide to wait instead of walk away.
Also, I'm not a type of person that writing review about restaurants but this food and drinks were so good. I thought just to share. Food for thought. If zomato has higher than 5, I would have rate them. BEST of the BEST!!!
I have been here with my family this morning and i felt like sharing my experience with everyone. They provide excellent customer service with fresh and delicious food. Moreover i ordered hot chocolate for myself and flat white for my husband but can’t resist myself from having another one. Fries were very crispy and food was fresh. I will definitely recommend all my friends to same place. In short, DDG is a perfect blend of good taste, high quality and great customer service. Highly appreciated and keep it up guys.

To start off I have tried most of the items on their menu and drinks! What I love was the coffee, one of the best around the shore!
My favourite is mocha but i tried flat white and black coffee too and find myself going back and forth between these as they are so good, the ratio was always right!
Now to the food, my favourite is their spinach bao, so creative and delicious! Karage chicken is so crispy with enough seasoning, top it up with the sauce on the side to complete the dish!
I also in love with their fries, very nice and crispy, love their ailoli sauce too!
And not too forget their curry which packed off flavour and spices!
I also love the porridge! Those are my favourite so far when I visit the shop!
Recomended plus plus for whoever want to try something special and unique! 👍👍👍
This review is for the coffee. Duck Duck Goose make the best coffee that I have ordered on the North Shore. The food looks pretty spesh as well so I'll update the review once I have had the pleasure.
EDIT: I have now tried the food, namely - the Pork Belly Bao. I am not changing the rating at all having tried the food. Beautiful fusion food and generous sized. Awesome lunch spot.
Been very exited to try their famous bao as I read so many good reviews online. Came to try and it was not dissapointed at all, I ordered karage bao. Super cripsy chicken with handmade bao that made from spinach which gave it a vibrant colour. When tried together complete the whole dish!!! Very satified customer here, will come back to try other item on menu next time.
Went to the shop for coffee and cabinet food. The strawberry tart was nice and coffee tasted good as well. Favorite place to stop by before work.
Excellent food. the bao is quite special, it isn't normal burger but used steamed Chinese bao as cover. Taste is under good balance. Lame curry also good taste, and add on some spice that wasn't usually used in normal curry, good ideas.
It seems to change hand recently, but the quality of the food and the service is still amazing. Spainch Bun is sooo delicious and good presentation as well. Thanks for that.
Found this cafe from zomato as we're exploring the area on the weekend. Decided to come here as we're quite famished, ordered their chicken karaage bao, pork belly bao, twice cooked fries and matcha latte. The cafe itself was quite small and there's no aircon so was pretty hot on summers. The food was good but I was quite disappointed with the matcha latte, it felt like drinking milk with matcha powder and didn't taste quite nice, but overall it's good experience.

This cafe has very good food, their colorful bao which made from organic ingredients (spinach, tumeric) amazed me of how creative and different they are. Had such a lovely time at the cafe! All the staffs were friendly and I had great time talking to them!!!

Had a Sunday brunch date with my gf here, came while it was pretty busy but still empty tables to choose from. My friend was running late but the staff were really sweet and let me sit at the table for about 20 minutes and there was a great selection of mags to choose from for solo brunchers.
I ordered the crab omelette and my friend got the duck curry and they both came to the table relatively quickly. I enjoyed my omelette but was expecting the crab meat to be mixed within the omelette rather than sitting on top. The meat was a little bit dry and I couldn't taste a lot of crab flavour to it.
The service was efficient and friendly and overall the cafe has a cute relaxed vibe to it. Looking forward to trying the other menu items next time!

Ordered duck curry and kumara/potato hash dishes.
Duck curry was flavourful and I really love the combination of the creaminess of the gravy and the wedges. I think it'd be better if they stick with just one part of the chicken rather than a quarter as it's very troublesome to eat, having to use fork and knife to look for and pick out the meat from the bones.
The kumara+potato hash was well cooked and the flavour went well with the beetroot relish and hollandaise sauce. However, I find the poached eggs abit under seasoned and they were laid on top of the salad. I find it messy and weird to eat the egg with the salad but because the hash is in a ball, it's hard to eat it with egg as well. For me I like to combine the different elements in a mouthful and I had problem doing that with the eggs for this dish.
All in all, nice place, good service, good food. Just need a bit of modification and I think it'll be great. That said, I find the price abit steep and I probably wouldn't pay $24 for kumara ball and 2 poached eggs on salad if it weren't for the 1-for-1 entertainment voucher

Came here yesterday for brunch as a group of four and while the food was pretty good the place was definitely understaffed for its popularity! I had the soft shell crab and loved the bao white bun and the crab but found there was a bit too much of the coleslaw-y type salad which was overwhelming although yum! overall I would definitely come back and try something different from the menu! Also of note the coffee is excellent

Lots of parking available, and we were greeted right away by a friendly staff member as soon as we walked in. Choice of still or sparkling water for the table and this was topped up during the meal.
Menu is quite small but wow the food is stunning.
My partner ordered the kumara potato hash cake with bacon poached eggs and hollandaise and it came out with a glass cover over the plate, and when it was lifted this gorgeous smoky smell wafted out. Very theatrical and unexpected and cool!
I ordered my old faithful scrambled eggs on toast (sourdough) and it was delicious and came with a tomato chutney and beetroot relish and smoked butter. I was very impressed.
Coffees were perfect, the only slight off note is that you have to order at counter, but otherwise this place was fantastic.

Crab Bao, Beef salad and chef’s special dessert! These guys really know how to make everyone’s weekends special. They fit into one of those quite pricey type of cafes around Auckland but you’re bound to find out why. Apparently the food here are made by a chef who has a huge background in restaurant industry and most of sweets are baked by Patissier. Just gotta try it out to find out! As a regular customer I tend to go for their hashcake and duck curry often but hey the chef’s added couple of new nifty menues and I must say the food here are way up there for a coffee shop’s selections you just can’t seem to get in North Shore. Maybe that’s why they call this place DDG EATERY.
Tasty, innovative, and beautifully presented food with great service to top it off. Definitely worth a visit, very reasonable pricing too.

A nice little cafe with mid century modern decor with a minimalistic but refreshing menu.
The food came out mostly as we expected with fine ingredients and careful preparation. The duck curry wasn’t so much of a curry and their flat white is rather average.
The service is good and not excessive.
Overall I’d say this is one of the best cafes around the area for a Saturday brunch, if you aren’t too picky about coffee.
On the way to Farro, stopped for a cuppa. The coffee is awesome, as well as the dessert. My friend ordered ice machalatte, which tastes real macha in it. Definitely worth of coming again.
I can see this place becoming one of my favorite cafe. The interior space was small and minimally decorated, but cute and cozy.
They had quite a nice selection of breakfast items on the menu. My spicy mushroom ragout was slow cooked to develop a depth of flavour, it also had a nice kick to it. Husband’s potato & kumara hash cakes were served hot, with a delicious Thai curry flavour. Both of our eggs were perfectly poached. The serving size was so huge that we were both full just one third into the plate!
The best part was their flavoured lattes. My matcha latte tasted very strongly of matcha, and husband’s beetroot latte tasted like a lovely warm, spiced milk. We could not wait to return and try their full latte sample set next time :)

Food was good. My gf and I ordered the bao and burger. The burger was 25 so I was a bit skeptical if it was just an overpriced boutique burger. I even joked there's a maccas close by if we are still hungrey. Boy was I wrong! I was so full and I have a massive appetite. I didn't even eat breakfast! I was starving. The food was also very tasty. The coffee and service was also excellent. The venue itself is comfortable, clean, and has a good feel to it. They also play classic pop songs, just making my Sunday brunch experience so enjoyable. Highly recommneded place!

Came here for breakfast on Sunday morning. Was keen for something from the display cabinet, but there weren't many choices to choose from. We ordered french toast and eggs on toast with coffee. Food was pretty generous in portion and well decorated on the plate. Unfortunately my eggs were little bit overcooked, with no gooey egg yolk to be seen.. Overall it was alright but nothing amazing.
Drinks, dishes are very sense of design，Service is not bad. Latte set amazing to me，Highly recommended ！Curry duck is oily for me，Chicken soup is very good！
The beetroot and the tumeric lattes was delicious , i will def have them again. The twice fried fries was nice and crunchy. The soft shell crab came on a tasty home made steam bun but i found the batter for the crab a bit too oily. Great service and the complimentary sparkling water is a nice touch. Good atmosphere and decor.
Came here for brunch on a Saturday. The food were amazing, especially my Potato and Kumara Hash cake with poached eggs and salad. The waiting time for food is a bit longer than I thought. DDG has friendly staff and a nice space. The pastry cabinet looks so yum, gotta try them next time. Would totally come back and recommend to friends 💓
Loved this little cafe so much, especially the mini latte set! not only is it photogenic but its a great opportunity to taste all the different flavoured latte's. The set had beetroot, tumeric, sesame, matcha and red velvet. Out of these five the sesame, matcha and red velvet were my favourite three. The tumeric and beetroot tasted a bit too spicy for my liking but I still thought it was worth trying out. The waitress and barista were very welcoming and friendly, and generally the food was nice as well. Will definitely be coming back :-)

Duck Duck Goose has just opened up recently on Rosedale so tried it out on Sunday for a late bday brunch. It's a 2 min drive from my place so the location was super convenient. The atmosphere is really nice - fresh, bright, airy and spacious! Had heard about their latte tasting menu but coz there was only 2 of us, we didn't opt for it coz it would've been too much to finish, next time!! Instead I had the Matcha Latte and my friend tried the Turmeric. The latte was a little bitter but I still enjoyed it!
Even though the menu looked real good, we both just ended up getting eggs on toast ; scrambled and poached coz we didn't feel like anything too heavy. Looooved the chutney they served on my plate. It sold the dish for me and gave the eggs a lotta flavour.
I'm definitely keen to come back again for their lunch menu in the future. Their service is wonderful and the menu incl cabinet food looks incredible! A really neat new cafe on the Shore worth trying!
Duck Duck Goose has only been open for two months but the menu was so creative and intriguing that I was game to make the drive out. For you non-coffee drinkers, the latte and tea section will please you immensely. Colourful lattes are becoming more and more of a staple in cafes these days but DDG has taken it a step further a few more creative options such as the Red Velvet Mocha and Black Sesame Latte (pictured below).

Last Sunday tried out the Duck Duck Goose, as we find the name irresistible. We were warmly welcomed and the staff were very attentive and filled our water on a number of occasions. We went for the Beef Burger with chunky fries and the Spicy Mushroom Ragout. The burger pattie was huge, full of flavour and deliciously succulent beef, making the burger one of the best that we have had. The fries were very chunky-cut Agria potatoes and they were eagerly eaten. The mushroom ragout was beautifully presented (unfortunately our photo does not do it justice) and tasted just as good. This is yet another fine addition to to ever growing number of eateries in and around the Albany area. Next visit we plan to try the Duck Curry and the Potato and Kumara Hash cake.
UPDATE: Promised revisit just before Christmas and ordered the signature dish - duck curry. This was not what I expected (pieces of duck in a curry sauce) but rather a whole confit duck leg in an amazingly complex spicy sauce, served on potato wedges and silver beet. This was absolutely delicious - moist, flavoursome, and so moreish I promise I'm coming back for a repeat!
This place was amazing! We ordered the selection of flavored lattes and they were so unique and fun to try. Reasonable priced as well. The potato and kumara hash cake was to die for though 😍 delicious, flavorsome mash topped with perfect poached eggs and bacon. Also came with a really tasty side salad of greens, apple slices and beetroot relish. Polished my plate off! Cafe was busy but atmosphere was good, service was friendly and food came quickly. Would definitely visit again! 👍🏼
Friendly service, great atmosphere. I had the duck curry: the curry sauce was very nice. However, the cut of the duck made it awkward to eat - I think it was a "quarter duck" - imagine half a duck cut in half again, and it is the quarter with the wing. A small duck breast or a duck leg would have been easier to eat. It seems trivial but I spent much of lunch trying to figure out which bits to trim off the bone next, instead of participating in the table conversation.
Great service and fantastic food worthy of a very very good restaurant in town. Don't be put off by its location as the food is fab and the service efficient and pleasant. The chicken soup was oh sooo fresh and tasty, the omelette was like a soufflé omelette hybrid with a very nice sauce and fresh salad and the red duck curry was a leg with terrific sauce etc - the flavour was not spicy but more Indonesian (almost Balinese) in taste and style. It was terrific. We will be back!
Went here for brunch and had an excellent meal! Coffee also was very good and the atmosphere of the cafe allowed you to escape form the rush of urban life :) service was also excellent, and I'll be coming back to try more from the menu!
Friendly service and delicious healthy food! Came across this place by accident but so glad we did. We had the spicy mushroom ragout and the chicken burger and both were delicious! Big crunchy fries too and the smoothies were super yummy!

Beautiful presentation, tasty food, and great service – all in a super photogenic venue.
Started off with a red velvet mocha made with dark chocolate, then settled into my French toast and side of bacon. Bits of citrus fruit, coconut, meringue, and caramelised nuts created a delightfully tangy, sweet, and crunchy twist on a breakfast classic. However, I’m glad I got bacon to balance out the potential sugar overload. Holding this dish together was the toast – which was nice and fluffy on its own but also dry enough to absorb the buttermilk. Overall, the diverse ingredients and flavours came together to form an unexpectedly elegant dish. But as someone who’s happily stayed off the 'clean eating' bandwagon, I’m curious to know if a more indulgent (i.e. oily) version could be made using pan-fried brioche.
For those craving a more traditional breakfast, I’m happy to report that their scrambled eggs on toast were also impressive. I like that it comes with warm greens, chutney, and a mini beetroot salad – which was fresh and extremely soft.
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Duck Duck Goose this morning and am definitely keen to come back for more!
One of my favourite routine eatery’s! Not to mention, delicious, and has a great variety! I HIGHLY recommend the ube latte, I get it every time and it’s so amazing. Pork belly is also out of this world 😊
The atmosphere is awesome, decoration is the best! Lots of dried flowers and duck themed decor, it’s so lovely. Staff are really kind, definitely gotta come try this place!
It’s a bit far from where we usually go, but every time we’re in the area it’s always worth stopping by. A large parking area, usually isn’t a problem 😊
Have tried their Meat Lovers Banh Mi, Tropical Smoothie, Lamb Curry. Really like their food. Especially really impressed by their Bahn Mi as they make their own bread. Will try more dishes next time.

Food tastes really good and was good value for money! Owner was quite nice as well. The pho had big chunks of beef and banh mi tasted so good and quite big! Fried spring rolls was really crispy and good! We will definitely go back!
Legit Vietnamese cuisine and bánh mì!!! They bake the baguettes themselves, got the meat lover and duck bánh mì loaded with flavors and goodness!! The owner is very friendly and helpful, definitely recommend this place🤩
The Vietnamese salad is so delicious with generous amount of pork belly and spring rolls. The spring roll is crispy outside with pork mince and carrot fillings. The crispy wrapping is not what you can get from the supermarket, sooo special and yummy!
I love how they serve the salad dressing on the side so that I can pour in the amount I want!
The lady in the cafe is super busy but still friendly.

Beef pho is delicious. Salad is also recommended with the salad dress well balanced and tasty. A comfortable place and very popular during lunch time.

Wowser. Writing this while still in the cafe and feeling so satisfied. The meat lovers bah mi was fantastic. The coffee was excellent. And it only cost $11.50! Can't beat that. Service was fast and the decor is simple but inviting. Loved it.
Was intending to visit the coffee shop next door since it was raved a lot by many people, but it was so crowded so went to this cafe instead. To my surprise the coffee and food was quite affordable and the service was very speedy and the owners were attentive to customers.
Parking may be a slight issue since it is a shared Body Corporate complex.

Today was my second visit here, I love the cafe from the barista , the owner is a couple they are very friendly and make me feel very welcomed. The lady boss also told me she decorates the cafe and I love the chilli sauce on sale here ,very distinct flavour with Vietnamese herbs,highly recommend the Banh mi and coffee, yum yum！
Awesome spot, looks to be busy all the time, and rightfully so. Service is great, atmosphere is just as much. Only downside would be way too much pate on my Pork Bahn Mi, the sauce also ended up getting the bread moist, that's on me for having to go takeaway and driving 15min before eating. All in all very good and I will be back, will ask for less pate next time 😉
