We were looking for a place to eat quite late around 2000 and found this place. The restaurant is located in the new shopping blocks on Rosedale road. You have to drive into the blocks since the restaurant is near the back.
The place is fairly decently sized with a closed balcony area. The mural on the wall was very interesting, traditional Korean artwork with robots in them. The menu isn't very large but has some very interesting items like snails and pupae.
I opten for the spicy chewy noodles which was both spicy and chewy. There wasn't as much noodles as I'd like but it was good. The side dishes were also interesting, particularly the soy pickled onions.
This restaurant looks to have quite a traditional Korean menu which is interesting. It doesn't have the common items from other Korean places like bulgogi but does have other more interesting things in its place.
Food tastes very good, we ordered the Pork Bone Hotpot. Table wasn't very great, too low and no room for my legs. Ended up cutting my leg on the edge :|.
Lighting was very dark with blue neon lights.
Enjoyed the amazing service with super friendly staff. Was craving homely Korean comfort food and it definitely hit the spot. Meal was very filling with variety of banchan /sides. Would highly recommend 🌟😊
One of the best restaurants in North Shore
We tried the chicken gizzards with garlic and the fish roe soup. Both were very tasty and came with rice, kimchi and pickled onions + chilli. The chicken giblets had fantastic char flavor and the fish roe soup was absolutely packed with fish roe. We will definitely go again.
Great service and large portions of food. If ordering hot pot would suggest taking 3 or more people.
The fried chicken is the best
Great food, great service, very affordable! Will be coming more often!
