Best takeaway shop on the shore. Best chips I’ve ever had, golden, crunchy, and salty just like they should be. The also have a loathe variety of burgers and all your favourite deep fried foods as well as some real great Chinese dishes.
I am a regular. Been going here for over 30 years and had my kids and their kids grow up during this time! Always friendly and the Chinese is delicious. Fish and chips are a fav too as the fish is fresh and the chips are cooked just right. Highly recommend. Try them!
This place is a long awaited welcome change for Nth shore. Clean, timely, polite & friendly & their food is wonderful. I highly recommend all their food, across the menu. We love their chinnese as much as euro takeaways, and their fish burgers are wonderful. You have to try this place. Brunch, lunch
A great weekend takeaway with crispy fresh delicious wonton with sweet & sour sauce and fantastic chicken noodles soup.

10/10 one of the best Chinese takeaways on the shore. Not overly oily or heavy, just awesome tasting food. We ordered the sweet and sour fish, BBQ pork soft noodles and a vegetable chop suey. Absolutely delicious. And they even gave us a couple of free wontons. Will be heading back here in the futur

As an Australian visiting family in Rothesay Bay, I wanted to shout dinner for everyone. I chose here based on the reviews and location, and I'm very glad I did because the food was delicious, best Chinese I'd had in ages and that includes my local area in Australia too.

Have gotten takeaways here several times over the last few lockdown months. The serving sizes are massive, the people are nice and it doesn't take long to prepare. Really recommend!
Dragon Horse opened again today after more than a year while apartments were built - couldn't wait to order a meal, and it certainly didn't disappoint. All food was really fresh, same staff cooking so food was cooked perfectly. This is the best Chinese takeaway on the Shore. So happy they're back
My favourite fish and chips place was closed, this one was open late. I ordered fish and chips and they were pretty generous with the quantity of chips. Snapper was delicious. I usually go to another place but this one will be a great plan B.
Just had steak with fried rice noodles and BBQ pork fried rice noodles with extra veggies. Large portions made this 2 meals for two adults. Nicest Chinese food in a long time. Very popular so phone your order through or be prepared to wait 25 mins. Phil D.
Been using this place for years. Food has been not more than average. Surprisingly the food has improved in recent times. Prices now match the quality of the food.
