Hennessy's Irish Bar - Rotorua - Photo album

What a great place to eat in for lunch 4 children 2 adults. Met with a smile and then ushered to our table straight away. Service for food was quick. The menu is awesome and the servings are huge. Most importantly the food was tasty scrumptious yummy. The proof is in the pudding literally the bread
My family and I visited this place twice during our trip to Rotorua last weekend. We tried their fish & chips, Scotch fillet, beef & Guinness pie, and Sunday roast. They were all absolutely delicious and the price was good too. The staff was all nice and very friendly, and the atmosphere was great.
Bloody good Irish bar. Great meals
Only average rating as I was only there for a quick drink while doing a stag night pub crawl. It was a nice establishment. I enjoyed checking out the Irish rugby photos on the way to breaking the seal for the night in the toilet corridor. That may only be because we bet them though , ๐Ÿ˜€
After another google recommendation turned out to be booked out this was a far better experience. Amazing food, great staff and made to feel you were at your local. Thank you!!!
I was told they have the best seafood chowder in town, and me loving seafood chowder and knowing itโ€™s very hard to find good one, I came and checked the place.Nice and clean pub, great service, good Irish beer and beeaauuttifulll seafood chowder.
2 Adults & 3 kids...We had a lovely family meal here on Boxing Day 2018. Very friendly staff met us at the door and escorted us to a great spot. The menu was easy to choose from...2 kids had the mini burger & fries which was actually normal sized and delicious. Our eldest ordered the chicken fettucc
Came in for lunch with 16 tourist, mostly no English, 12pm on Saturday with no reservation. Our waiter Lelly had an amazing attitude and was very patient with our group, loved his sense of humor. Food was prepared quickly, was delicious and great portions. Thanks to all the staff there
Great little pub we've been here a couple times, traditional Irish feel decor and that good old tavern feel, plays some great old drinking Ballard's too. They often sell vintage items like decanters , records and cigarette tins outside always a nostalgic find
Tonight (Saturday)25th March, we went into Hennessy's for a meal. From the moment we went in Lelly, the waiter welcomed us and showed us to a table. He was very polite and attentive. The meal, Irish cottage pie was amazing as was the dessert, Lelly recommended we have Granny Malone bread and butter
