The service here is great, every time. Thanks to Alvin who goes over and above, is always friendly and attentive. Great buffet for the price, especially reasonable for kids. 4yo dined free.
Great buffet and hubby enjoyed the dinner. Unfortunately I couldn't eat the buffet but the chef's made me a Caesar salad and was delicious. Great service and definitely recommend.

We went there for Mother’s Day lunch and didn’t have the highest hopes considering the recent reviews however we were all very pleased with our food. Delicious fresh lamb roasts brought out as soon as they’d been eaten. Few bits of seafood. Good desert selection. Very happy.

Its been years since we last went to Chapman's restaurant, very busy Saturday night, took ages to get our drinks, but staff were very apologetic, the meal was nice, atmosphere very chaotic with young families
One of the best buffet Restaurants we have been to in NZ and very friendly service. We had a group of 18 and it catered for everyones needs and all age groups. Highly recommended and this will be our spot when we visit Rotorua.
Enjoyed a nice buffet meal here with whanau for a birthday. Was busy but not packed. Half doz staff or so on the floor tending to the food and tables. Had an array of dishes including soups, bread rolls, nuggets and chips for the kiddies etc, raw fish, dory, prawns, mussels, juicy roast beef, a pork
