We went to pita pit yesterday for lunch. Wasn’t expecting much but we were met with EXCEPTIONAL service! Not only were the girls serving us so kind, happy, and efficient, but they even went the extra mile of delivering the food to us at our table instead of calling our names - never had this happen

I tried Pita pit for the first time in NZ. Great selection for veggies and vegan. But the surprise is definitely the lady who served me. She described menu very patiently and possessed the best customer services skills. Being a Hospitality professional myself, I certainly venerate people like hers

Very friendly and helpful guy behind the counter. Hubby enjoyed a lovely breakfast pita here, and me a great Chai Latte. We will definately pop in next time we go to Rotorua.

Great customer service from henrey although it may seem pricey you can easily spend the same amount at other chains and not get as good quality meal. Very happy with what I paid for what I got
