My family absolutely enjoyed the fish & chips here! Crunchy fish, mussels & crabstick with herbs throughout batter made it yummy!
Really love the food. The fried rice is not too oily. They're just right. The chop suey is really flavorful. I really recommend their food.

I have been going there for years and the food is always delicious hot and fresh I always buy there chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken and fish and chips too it’s amazing they are very hard workers and are always busy
Love the fish (Hoki) and chip from Koutu Fish Shop. Staffs were polite and nice, and their customers are similarly warm and friendly. We picked one of the special fish and chip set and it had mussels in it, they were great too. There are seats for waiting on orders but no dine-in options.
The best fish n chips I've ever had. Our big order was ready in 15mins, everything was fresh and delicious! Visited rotorua with my whanau and we highly recommend and will be back in future 😊
Great fish and chips! Excellent price too! Chips were crispy, fish was a good portion, and the batter had herbs through it and was so yum! Maybe a bit too much salt but that could have been us.
We are from out of town, so did a Google and there were a few closer to town but reviews were a little up and down then we found this one. I found it was abit expensive but to much more than others. I had the bacon & egg burger & my family had fish burgers & cheese burger with chips Very yum. Tasty food, fair price, clean & fast. Crinkle cut chips crunchy outside soft inside. Steak in the burger was tender & tasty everything was seasoned just right. Will call there again
