We came on a Tuesday evening and had a wonderful experience at Arisu. Almost had the entire restaurant to ourselves until another couple came. Excellent dinner had here on a Thursday evening. My wife usually doesn’t finish her bibimbap but here she had no problem.
Highly recommended if you’re searching for true Korean food.
One of the best customer service we experienced so far in Rotorua. Food were awesome served with side dish. We really enjoyed our food, Korean beer is a must try too.
We have been there for my gf’s birthday and was absolutely great.
I heard they have just opened recently so I’m glad to be there at the beginning of the history of the restaurant.
The guy took care of us at all time and he gave us some extras.

Amazing food and customer service.
The side dishes were bought out as individual dishes instead of being a "Shared buffet" which I loved.
The owner was very attentive and always checked if we were okay or needed anything topped up.

Seriously amazing Korean food. Would happily be going to Arisu even if it was in a big city! From the stew to the BBQ to the cold side dishes, we loved every part of our dinner! The couple who run the restaurant are also extremely friendly. Will be back every time we come to Rotorua!
