Really recommend if you are keen for something that is wholesome and delicious. I ordered the Full Phat with extra pickles and fries with some extra cheese sauce on the side plus a can of coke.. Went a bit savage and ordered some potato tots with cheese sauce too. Couldn’t help myself! It was a feast!! In total I paid $36.50 and it was worth every penny!
There was just 1 person operating the kitchen and it was a busy night. I’ve been browsing Phat Philly’s on Door Dash for a few weeks now for a cheat meal and I am so happy with my choice. I’ll definitely be going back the next craving I get.
This is a great place for "cheap eats". Spent $60 for 2 hungry foodies who wanted to try more than one meal. Absolutely love the Philly steak combo, chips are so crispy and well salted. The spicy chickens are so so moist and full of flavour! Tacos were good but definitely couldn't match the Philly steak and chicken we had. Such a great vibe and just around the bend there is a lovely dumpling and cider store for the cider lovers out there. Must try a rose cider by Morningside, that is refreshing! Service was polite and helpful with suggestions. You must try! On a busy day parking would be a bit difficult.
They have recently opened so wanted to try them out. They are located in a small shop front with a covered outdoor area. The menu isn't very big so it was easy to get one of each. They had menus and cutlery on the tables but you order up at the counter.
The sandos were decently sized. The full and good phat tasted very similar even with the full one having thin slices of beef. Both had a huge amount of cheese on the side/on top. The bread was quite soft even though it was toasted. The sliders were nice and also covered with cheese. I did like the crust on the patties since it gave it a nice crunch. The fried chicken was quite nice and crispy. The sauces were nice and the fairly large pieces of chicken kept their crispness.
We had the Full Phat and Italian Phat with chips to dine in. Service was great, and food came out fast, I only ordered a side of chips for one, but they loaded us up for both anyway. Meal also came with beef broth for dipping. Hoagies were awesome!! Chips were crunchy, and the broth brought it all together. Best sandwich I've had in a while, and if you haven't made a mess, you ain't eating a hoagie!
Awesome place for a dine in and the atmosphere is very chill. Next to phat philly there's a bar side hustle cold chill beers too! The Philly cheese steak is darn good the cheese are creamy and tasty. Visit them on dinner and they are busy with alot of customers. I would recommend mega phat and potato tots and the portion of mega phat is very generous.
It didn't took long for us to wait it's only 5min to have the whole order. Definitely will visit again to try out the rest of the menu.
Tasty treat, when you want something messy. Honey fried chicken was delicious, slightly dry, 8/10. Tater tots were a lovely crispy. Full phat was tasty a bit messy you might need a fork.
The food was mint! Meat was super juicy and flavourful, with delicious cheese and onion toppings. They also have heaters all along the seating area so was nice and warm.
Epic steak sandwiches (or mushroom option). Tasty beef and onion swimming in a hectic sea of cheese all over lightly toasted bread. Comfort food perfection
Can confirm: yum. Haven’t had a Philly cheesesteak or tater tots for AGES and it hit that homesickness craving. How good.
We ordered the fries and spicy chicken nuggets. The service on the evening was spot on. The two ladies managing the whole operation were working super quick and efficient. Their service was always with a smile. The flavour of the chicken nuggets was 10/10. Fries were great too. Very good portions too for the price. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Full phat cheese steaks are delicious! Greasy, tasty steak & onion served on soft white bread. Tater tots are a nice side, coleslaw was ok, tangier than what I’m used too. Friendly staff and wait wasn’t too long. Dine in is pretty with the lights but the parking is not too great.
