We come here occasionally and I find it a bit expensive by the time we order for the whole family.
Being Father's Day, it was Dad's choice to have Burger Fuel. Thought I would order online and pop in quickly to pick up.
The service was friendly, but took longer than expected.
I ordered around 5:30 and the website indicated that the order would be ready at 5:50, but after I arrived, it was another 10min wait.
The food was upto the usual good standard and price at $47:50 for two adults and two children.
Been there once. Good burger. Good service. No real complaints. We orders the CnCheese and Bastard. It was quite busy but we got our meals in good timing.
being someone that doesn't eat red meat, i always eliminate the bacon from my burgers... unfortunately, it is a common mistake for burger joints to forget this and i end up at home on the couch disappointed when i open my burger to find a big piece of bacon... that's it! night ruined! HOWEVER... when i rung burgerfuel silverdale and explained how gutted i was, they were apologetic, and actually made the effort to deliver me a new burger (without the bacon) free to my doorstep. Seriously impressed with the customer service as I know this is not something they have to do. these guys went above and beyond to rescue me from my burger sadness! thanks burger fuel!
Busy spot..ordered the american muscle special burger,bacon backfire chicken burger,chips and chop shop chicken.
Lets get it straight from start, burger fuel is way to expensive! That said,Il move on....i consider myself to be somewhat of an expert on all things pie like and burgery,so when I say that my special burger (American muscle) was damn good, it is!
Wow sensational, couldn't keep my face out of it, right up there with the best...as for chicken burger pffft, pale in comparison, that had to much sauce and lettuce and expected more chicken, also the chop shop chicken was over cooked and dry,also didn't get hot sauce,they'd ran out.

Amazing food! Free range chicken and grass fed beef shows just how big a difference in quality and taste there can be! More pricey but more of a meal! Big portions and great service, defiantly my favourite place to grab take outs
We came here the other night after not having been for quite a long time and were very impressed. I had the V twin vege on a gluten free bun and I had to check the bag as the bun really tasted like a normal bun. My husband also mentioned that they asked if I had an allergy (I don't just intolerant ) as they have an area away from gluten containing products to make the burgers for these people. My husband had some sort of beef burger which he enjoyed and our kids had a kids meal each which I tried the chicken tenders and they really were delicious. The staff were really nice with one of the female staff members even playing a game of peek-a-boo with our almost two year old. Will be back again when we need a quick meal.
Had a delicious burnout burger with a milkshake. The burger was drenched in a delicious combination of sauce and the milk shake was a strawberry concoction of goodness. I will be returning.
I went to this place as the banner was enticing and quickly drew my attention. I ordered the ring burner and was immensely impressed with the burger! It had everything I could ever want and didn't feel cheap like 2 other well known fast food outlets! The burger was so delicious I actually took my time eating it and when I finished it I had to fight the urge to walk up and ask for the same again! I was traveling around New Zealand and I check every location to see if they have a chain there!

Did an online order and was nice and hot and ready for me when I got there. Staff were very friendly and I was greeted upon arrival.

My most recent experience here was a great improvement on the one before. Huge shoutout to Kane for his amazing customer service in the evening, and for letting me know I had coupons from my account that I could use in-store! However still not quite 5 stars as I was advised to contact the Burgerfuel contact email regarding past issues and nobody ever actually wrote back to acknowledge my experience.
Ordered takeout from Silverdale. I have dietary restrictions and request the removal of specific ingredients. The order was not accurately followed leaving me unable to eat... On a positive note the ingredients and store atmosphere are top notch and the follow up from Burger Fuel in regard my complaint was excellent.
I have since revisited the store and I noticed an immediate positive change. The staff member who served me confirmed my customised order upon handing to me. The food was absolutely delicious and on point. Hence I have updated my feedback.

The venison burger on offer at the moment is something special and although not cheap is worth every cent.
Sides are generally very good and we never seem to be able to leave without a chocolate thick shake.
Only minor negative is that the music can be a bit loud, but then I'm not 19 any more.

Always a pleasure going into my local Burgerfuel, the staff are always happy and accommodating, the food's great and the tunes are banging.
I just went in tonight. Such good service I wanted to write a review. I believe her name was Caitlin, she had great service skills. Really friendly and it made our night. Despite what looked to be a really small crew with a lot of customers our burgers came out fast and overall really good service.

Burgers and fries were great. One star off for cleanliness. Every single table was filthy, flies were all over the restaurant and the fry area behind the cash register had a lot of debris under it! Good meal if you don’t mind eating in filth.

Always a great burger. Spud fries are a bit of a rip off in my opinion. I do like the motobites.
