Went here with my family and friends. It was a really lovely place with a wonderful atmosphere and awesome food. The staff were also really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Chilli Chicken and Veg Manchurian. They tasted incredible and were absolutely delicious. The chicken was so good that we had to order a repeat.

We are two families who, after a short vacation, decided to have dinner at the Incredible India restaurant in Taupo. We loved the interiors. Our orders were as follows:
1) Goat Biryani: We absolutely loved it. It was mild but bursting with flavors. Definitely recommended for goat lovers.
2) Veg Biryani: Same rice, but it tasted really good 😊.
3) Chicken 65: It's not quite like the Indian 65, more like a Chinese style, but it tasted fantastic. The only downside was the minimal coloring added to the food; otherwise, it was superb.
4) Naan: Wow, I must say, we haven't had such thin ,soft and tasty naan in New Zealand yet. We fell in love with the naan ❤️.
5) Chicken Madras: A decent chicken curry with a semi-gravy and coconut paste. The taste was good.
6) Chilly Paneer Gravy: Another Chinese style dish, but the taste was outstanding. We loved the paneer and the texture.
They provided a complimentary Jeera drink, and the taste was awesome 😎. In total, we paid more than $200, but the food is definitely worth the money. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking for an amazing food experience near Taupo to visit this place. Lastly, the service was top-notch, with very attentive and knowledgeable staff."

My friends and I recently had an incredible dining experience at Incredible India Taupō. We're all locals in our 40s, and we were blown away by the entire experience.
🍽️ The chef's own choices for our dining experience were a delightful surprise. It's not often that you relinquish control and let the chef decide, but it was worth it. The flavors and creativity in each dish were simply outstanding.
🍻 We also appreciated the great selection of tap beers. It perfectly complemented our meal and added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.
🙌 However, what truly set this experience apart was the incredible service. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like local dignitaries. The staff was attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel special. It's not every day you walk into a restaurant and feel like a VIP, but this was one of those rare moments.
Incredible India Taupō, you've left a lasting impression on us, and we can't wait to return. If you want a dining experience that combines outstanding food, great drinks, and top-notch service, this is the place to be. Highly recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Incredible India alright !!! Food was incredible service was spot on perfect couldn’t have asked for better 0 faults in staff they were great and greeted us with professionalism and were very hospitable. Food was delicious authentic Indian food with a great atmosphere seating was lovely and restaurant was nice and warm with a beautiful set up . 10/10 came here on holiday and would definitely come here to eat again thanks for the beautiful service keep doing great . Had a lovely night at this place last week while visiting Taupo. The service was lovely, the food was fantastic and the place is quite cozy. The chicken madras was a stand out for me, it was creamy, fragrant and so incredibly delicious. Even though it's on the pricier side, I would definitely come back.

Such a gem. The service is so attentive and lovely, kudos to the younger man. The food was amazing, so much flavour. They have a good range of gluten free food on offer that is clearly labeled. When they brought the complimentary appetiser they made sure to mention it was gluten free as well, I didn't have to ask. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. I will make sure I return when I am next in Taupō.
Absolutely incredible curries! Breads were amazing too! It's very hard to find a curry this good! Best butter chicken I've ever had, hands down. Dont hesitate, go here. Staff were exceptional too, cheers team!
Had an Amazing lunch. Great food, excellent service. Well deserved on those awards they won. Dietary Restrictions of each individual meal are clearly stated on food menu ( eg Keto Friendly , Vegetarian , Dairy Free , Gluten Free ) which is impressive
Had a short stop in Taupo for lunch and stumbled apon this Indian Restaurant.
The service was amazing and the range of choice on their menu. I had the Mild Goat Madras and it was tender and flavorsome!

SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!! From the moment we walked in the service was amazing, from pulling out our chairs to giving complimentary spice shots. Food was absolutely delicious and although we had a group of ten it came out all together hot and fresh. Their service was impeccable, the best service we’ve ever experienced anywhere! There were so many extra little touches that made everything that much better and we were in awe of how friendly and happy the staff were.

Visiting Lake Taupo for two nights and stumbled across Incredible India, from Google reviews. Service was so friendly, the food was fantastic. Highly recommend a takeaway from there if you’re camping or staying at a non-catered bnb. Sunset sadly not included but still a 5 star experience.

We order medium spicy, but the dish is not spicy at all🥲 I believe because some customers complained the food too spicy for them ( I was looking the comments below), but for me Indian food should be spicy, the restaurant should keep the traditional taste !

I have tried every Indian place in Taupo, and this one takes the cake. They have great service, the atmosphere inside is so nice, there is plenty of parking (unlike most of the other Indian places in town), and the food really is incredible. We have been ordering it every Friday for a while now
We had a wonderful meal at Incredible India tonight for our group of 3. We had a mixture of 2 Curries and naans . Everything was delicious and I’d highly recommend it all. A huge shout out to the front of house staff, Akshay. They were friendly, efficient and a delight to talk to. They were the icing on the cake to our fabulous evening. Bobby
Ordered food via delivery. Food was delivered promptly within 50 mins (eventhough it was raining) and arrived hot! The goat briyani was delicious. The spices used were well balanced. The butter chicken and garlic naan were also very tasty. Incredible food.
Delicious and generous dishes. The Chicken Pasanda was delectable. A good range of gluten free options as well. We’ll definitely be back.
