Despite there only being one person who seemed to be managing the counter, preparing and packing the orders they were very professional.
It took a moment to get the order but understanding that one person was trying to multitask 7 orders at this time a 10 minute wait wasn’t to bad especially compared to other KFC’s with more staff that can take up to an hour especially if it has a drive thru, meaning they take priority over in store customers.
Took a while to get the food after ordering but it was all freshly made... The best KFC I've had in years

Great place to dine out with friends or family. Great shopping mall with many eateries available to choose from. But KFC got its standard maintained for it meals. Kids love this place.
Like this KFC a lot, seems to be a bit nicer than the others in the BOP. The service was fast enough, even for being a bit busy and the staff are mostly friendly. The addition of the fast order machines beside the counter make ordering a breeze although they are a bit slow to use. Places to eat are common in the mall and you can even go outside as there are tables there too. Would recommend.
The tastiest fresh KFC in long time. Great service. Good hot chicken, chips and wrap. Perfect seasoning too. Hate the self service but will go to counter next time. Staff were clear with orders and appearance
Quick service but they forgot to include the coldslaw. When I rang they said call in and collect anytime. Later wife who is not a fan of their colslaw stated it was the best she'd had.
Staff was friendly and the service quick. Food was good and hot. Will go there again and I guess thats about as much of a compliment as I can give...
