Apart from great coffee, the service is tops. I only go there once a week and despite hundreds of customers through the week, Iām greeted by name and they know my order (which is just an Americano, nothing unique).
Such customer service is really special.
Such a nice place to stop for a coffee or lunch whilst shopping. Their mocha is delicious. Much better than many places. And the scones are a great size and with TWO pats of butter.

Gary is an absolute gem and such a nice guy! The espresso chillers are the absolute best and they do the nicest spinach rolls in the world - the team here are always so lovely, efficient and friendly. My favourite place to come for coffee by far!
On the last day of 2022 we really enjoyed some lovely flavoured coffee & a Hawiian pin....?
The food too had a beautiful taste with hot coffee served in a "real sized" large takeaway cup with smiley efficient service. Bayfair is lucky to have you! Highly recommend

If you need coffee while you're at Bayfair, Esquires make the best, especially if you are on the go and need that takeaway. I have been buying my coffee from there for at least 5 years and have NEVER had a bad one. Well done you guys!

Esqires Cafe Bayfair mall. Has always been consistent in their presentation and service. Also the coffee comes out hot and with a smile. Try their North Island cheese rolls. Yummy.
