I had a good time with friends, but I don't like the atmosphere in there. The few times I've bn there the service was slack, the boss lady doesn't smile, I hear complaints about the rooms, the food wasn't nice so that's just me. I'm happy not to go there. But believe me there's plenty of people that love it. So go check it out

If you're ever travelling through, call in Try their Amazing Pizzas, their Lamb Shanks were absolutely amazing, especially with the Creamy Mushrooms.

Absolutely love the palace hotel. Very inviting and great customer service. The food is fantastic so highly recommend the food. Will be letting everyone know how good the palace is and will definitely be back.
Food is yummy! Fish bites and chips were nice and fresh 😊 also creamy mushroom pasta was amazing but I reccomend more salt and she'll be perfect! All very yummy otherwise. Thanm you! Also some background music would be awesome, would lighten the atmosphere abit :)
Lovely meals and pizza, plus drinks while playing pooling with the footy going on a big screen. They have different venues occur like live bands etc.. for entertainment during weekends and food specials, lovely relaxed atmosphere. The staff are very friendly, as well. Be going back here.
Got 5 takeaway pizzas. Good bases with the right amount of toppings and kids loved thiers as well. This is the typical small town pub good friendly locals enjoying their daily beers. If looking for a quick feed in Te Aroha this is worth a look.
