Amazing food we had a lovely meal.
Delicious food and the waitress was really friendly. Accepted our rather late booking for 8 people and were overall super kind. Food came out quickly and portions were generous too!
Visiting TA and reviews pointed to this place. Amazing food, pork rib, fish and chips and bacon wrapped mussels all big ticks. Had Waiters who actually care about you and look like they love their job. Thumbs up!

Upstairs restaurant, friendly welcoming staff, tasty well presented food, relaxed atmosphere. Limited wine selection. Balcony dining or catch up with friends for a quick bite or drink. Road side parking. Will dine there again

I’ll admit, I’m a snobby Aucklander and so my expectations were low-ish.
BUT! This place served some absolutely delicious food!
The slow cooked beef short rib was absolutely delicious, the potato mash was perfect and the chocolate brownie (recommended by the lovely waitress) was as good as she said

Nice upstairs place to enjoy dinner. The steak and mash was delicious. 2 different pork dishes were enjoyed by other family members also.
First time there last night as bosses shouted us and the meals were the best so yummy and service was great.
