Yummy food, good size, my husband enjoyed his lamb 🐑 I had the vegetarian burger 🍔 will come again, but slightly high prices.
The roast meals from here are awesome.we visit every time in timaru.Also have a shop in invercargill (the same name )...

Was a lovely meal. Has been years since I've been and the quality of the meals are still excellent. I had the roast burger and chips with gravy. Delicious
Good food.. roast pork gluten free. Kind people.
Ordered small pork and medium lamb. Pork was good. Lamb a bit fatty. Tasted fatty. Mixed veges undercooked so banged it in the microwave. Only had half meat and vegetables of the lamb. Normally good so try again next week.

Popped in for lunch after seeing the photos in the window. Was very happy that the food was even better in person. Got myself a medium for lunch and left feeling really full.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Will def be stopping there again when I'm in town.
The pork roll was delicious, the crackling was top notch .but the chicken was well below average.way too dry like it had been sitting in there all day and paid $3.50 expecting a chicken thigh but got a drumstick. Would recommend the pork most definitely 👌

When in Timaru for work, always have a meal, good food good size meals
Roast place on the main street. Some seating inside. Lots of roast options. Very busy when we arrived at 5:30 on a Wednesday. Pork roast came with pumpkin and parsnip, mixed peas and corn. A large piece of crackling too. There were metal utensils and food arrived at our table. Didn't take long either. Friendly staff.
Just had a roast here and oh my god amazing 100% recommend! 😁
The large serves are skimpy but overall my meal was very tasty. You can't beat Palmerston North roast shop which I give 100 stars
