Do not pass without grabbing a coffee!!! Very nice 👌 Absolutely the best eggs Benedict I've ever eaten and eggs Benedict is a favorite meal of mine. The eggs were perfect, hollandaise was delicious, muffins and amount of spinach was great, hash browns were not overdone or greasy. Honestly enjoyed every bite. Well priced and friendly staff. Would definitely visit again.
Stopped here on the way back from Taupo. We had the full breakfast and the mushrooms on toast. The full breakfast was good especially the hash browns. The size of the mushroom serving for the toast was outrageous. They came in a big bowl and I would struggle to see how anyone could eat that amount of mushrooms. I barely put a dint in them. The coffee was good and the staff were very friendly.
Only stopped to order a pepper steak pie. Would have liked it more peppery but was still beautiful. I ordered Creamy mushrooms and the Mrs got Eggs benedict and Wow! Creamy mushrooms came with spinach, onions, potatoes strips (orange looking things) and bacon in cream on two pieces of toast with 1 poached egg. So worth the money I paid $19 and so filling. Eggs bene in the background, once again so worth the money $18. Seasoned well with lots of bacon and hollandaise. Eggs were on point.
Warm service and great taste.the taste of the Scone and muffin is wonderful.

We had heated cabinet food with salad which was very nice and ice coffee was delishish sat outside in the shade lovely staff and atmosphere.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but don't let that fool you. The food is tasty, the coffee some of the best I've had and best of all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit.
It looked like a not-so-good cafe but the food servings were generous and delicious. It took time to serve the foof because it was a holiday but we enjoyed the place, the ambience and most especially the food. Moreover, the staff were all friendly and smiling. Located just across the information site in Tirau. Try their cajun chicken burger which was really crispy.

First time visiting this Cafe'....normally drive through Tirau....however ....
I now have another stop for coffee and food, particularly when I have my granddaughters in tow....friendly helpful staff, good choice of food, very user friendly for grandad and his little girls👍👍
