'Once you go Creel, you'll never go back!!' An unassuming, hidden little cafe that serves NZ's best coffee and it's very own hand-made, fresh and original foods that you won't find anywhere else! Take a book or bring a friend! You won't want to leave! P.S. The chutney they use on the burger and sandwich is 'amazing'! We bought some to bring back on the plane but unfortunately NZ airport security seized it...It brought me to tears!

Amazing food, the burger was delicious... full of flavour in every bite. The cabinet food was impressive, with soo much selection and the salted caramel tart has to be tried to believe. The staff were friendly, helpful and fun, and it was well worth the stop!

Loved the people, the homey atmosphere and the wonderful food. I did not think it was too pricey for the excellent food.

This is such a wonderful find in Turangi....slightly off the beaten track, but so easy once you know it's there. The food is sublime...the cinnamon brioche is to die for! The service and food is just wonderful and they make you feel so welcome. We'll stop by now everytime we head south....

Stopped here for breakfast. Good food and coffee options. Friendly staff. Lots of getting to know one another and visit with other customers since this is a smaller, but popular eating spot in the area.

This gorgeous wee cafe is a must on a roadie - excellent coffee and best tasty breakfast. This cutie is just off state highway 1 and has a totally different vibe to the shopping side of town. If you want the best of kiwi hospitality - here’s your home away from home. Chef checked I enjoyed it and was chuffed when I told her how brilliant it was - gorgeous!

Their coffee was really really good, as so were the almond croissant, bacon and egg croissant and the salmon bagel. Highly recommended!

This cafe has a lovely location and is peacefully tucked away behind the main road. It is easy to access, especially if you are travelling south. All our food was amazing, the gingerbread and slices were the real deal, and the chicken panini and caramel slice got the big tick from the cooking teacher. The cheese toasties had real ham kaboom. The kids burger is very generous with a delicious homemade patty and they didnt mind adults ordering off the kids menu. Thanks for the terrific food and service.

A cute cafe which is tucked away in Turangi and is out the back of a tackle house trout fishing shop. Plenty of seating outside in the summer, in the winter it has very limited seating. The indoor area is tiny but quaint, the food is generously served and delicious, the menu variety is not extensive, however they have nice cabinet food available. Not a place to visit with a large group, expecially in the winter as youay not get a seat.

AMAZING cafe! One of the best meals I had travelling through New Zealand. I had the maple roast tomatoes with ricotta on sourdough for breakfast. It was so good I came back for lunch on the same day for a delicious mushroom filo pastry with horseradish cream and a slice of their ginger loaf - delicious! The staff were also so friendly.

Enjoyed the breakfast here thou it was slightly pricey - but it is a family run shop and the owner is really friendly with the locals. Hubby liked his coffee as well
