One of my favorite places in New Zealand. It has an amazing owner who will pleased you with humor and perfect service. During weekends there is live music. Very delicious cheesecakes and pizza!
The venue is very special - lovely views- great background music and unique art work - the staff are very helpful and friendly- the food is more than delicious- best burger ever and the olive and feta bread was yumbo!

Excellent place to stop for a coffee or a alcoholic beverage, our daughter loved her Sundae that the owner wiped up for her, the Coronas were perfect too. Beautiful background music and a great chat with the owner. Will definitely be going back.
Awesome evening. The owner and the staff gave the service a personal feel. The menu is just a list of simple yet tasty dishes that will have you coming back time and again. Dinning here is a mixture of taste and atmosphere. You won me over I will be back for the olive tapenade and the clams.
Great place! The atmosphere is incredibly relaxed and easy, the staff are all warm and friendly and the pizza was fantastic. From the moment you walk in you'll be able to relax and recharge. Live music in the evenings was also utterly brilliant! Great place.
Quirky and cool, the Cafe supports local musicians and often every weekend. Delicious pizzas but an otherwise limited menu. Would love to see a small selection of craft beer and our visits would be more regular. Choice position offering an alternate venue to Nth end.

What a gem in the beautiful streets of Bowentown. The staff are welcoming and make you feel like a long lost friend. The pizzas are delicious, coffees superb and the cocktails even better! If you’re staying in or around Waihi, this is a must on your list of places to visit.
Very authentic food, my partner and I are there just about very secound weekend and it never fails to Impress! Much love for the food and staff!! Very clean and tidy and very unique atmosphere if you like really authentic food and a lil quirk highly recommend!
Great place. Tony is the best host and the food is delightful. Have had a couple of the pizzas, the pasta and a burger in multiple visits. Everything was good. What a great secret at the "other" end of Waihi Beach in Bowentown.
The Bowentown is definitely one of the best eateries around, my partner and I have had a couple of coffee and desserts evenings here.. and the best pizza to be had for miles! The stunning decor is something to see as well! A place that will become a regular choice for sure!!
