Great food on convenient location. Friendly staff. Recommended, the ribs are delicious.
What a great tavern! Tasty food, served us at 8pm even though the wait staff were putting out the fire. Ribs, tender and juicy, filo, crisp and moreish, fish was well cooked, good to see some hand cut potatoes. Would absolutely recommend.
Great food and enjoyed a lot, steak was great.
Stopped in for dinner on our way home to Wanaka. The young lady that served us was very friendly. We had fish, ribs and the chicken filo and our meals were lovely. Thank you, after a long day it was definitely worth stopping here 🙂

Pretty quiet atmosphere but not suprised givrn the location. Food is consistentlu good and can always get a drink from the bar on the other side

I rate this 5 star. Absolutely loved my seafood chowder and my daughter loved the chicken Burgar and chips. Friendly welcoming staff, Was beautiful and will be coming in more often :)

We must eat here too often as the waitress knows how I like my steak cooked!!! They are lovely here and look after the kids well. The meals are a bit more pricey than your average pub meal, but they are worth it! The Surf n Turf is pretty good! Update: they also have cheaper smaller options for me
Nicely presented restaurant cosy and funky lighting. Food qas great but waitress didn't have enough information about gluten free options and we nearly ordered something that contained gluten because of this. More care needs to be taken with this.

Called in because the cafe over the road was closed. We only had a coffee but the garden was a surprising gem!
A good meal that was relatively well priced. I had the blue cod (sand perch) and thought that the pieces were smaller than I would have expected from most places. They have a wide selection of drinks available from the bar including numerous sugar-free types.
