What a hidden wee gem this place is! Don't be fooled by the nondescript exterior. Within lies a cornucopia of great pies, cakes, bread and biscuits and not forgetting the delish sandwiches and good strong coffee. The Steak and Pea pie needs tasting, so good, lovely pastry and juicy steak peas and gravy. Put this one on your list of good eats, something for everyone here 👍🏻👍🏻
Best warm dates scone with butter in my entire life!! You have to stop here if u like date scones.

Very refreshment spot for quick bite. I feel drawn to try something new, "chai latte", it was a delightful experience. Good display and cabin is always full. Famous for variety of pies. Price is reasonable
A Hidden Gem. We've driven past this a thousand times. Stopped today and we were so happy to do so. A huge range of high quality pies, and baking of all kinds. The 'icing on the cake' was a lovely outdoor seating area where you can consume your culinary treasures - with a lovely view, and friendly sparrows to mop up any mess. This will be a routine stop in the future, not least because the staff are so wonderfully friendly.
Really good coffee the day I went and their food always looks enticing. Sammies are delicious and next time I'm trying a pie as they look mouth watering
Absolutely the best pies we had in all our travels throughout South Island. Every bite had nice juicy chunks of meat that was amazing!

Cam and the Team are always friendly, and food is Awesome! If your passing through its well worth stopping to check them out. They have a great range of fresh baking, Pies and Hot drinks. Also have a handy outside sitting area on the hot summer days.
This is the best bakery I have been to for a lot of years! Huge selection, reasonable prices and quick service. Stop in, you wont be disappointed.
What a gem, good pies, good coffee and open when you need them. The custard square is also a treat. Will be a frequent stop I feel in future.

Yummy as pies. Staff absolutely fab even when customer infront of me changed her mind a million times before paying which created a bit of a queue but bustled though with flawless ease:) would def go again
Awesome service, right on closing time, they welcomed 2 weary travellers, made takeout coffee that was the best on our Sth Island trip so far and the homemade shortbread was so yummy would be going back for more if possble. Great customer service with a smile. Make time to stop here, you wont be disappointed.
