We just dropped in for wine. We had no food. I had a Johner Reisling. Loved it. My friends had specialist beers. They loved them. Impressed with the staff, the atmosphere, the look of the menu. Definitely going back for a meal in January.
This was our first time back under new management. Food and service was excellent. My husband's steak was beautiful and tender. He loved the beer battered fries so much that he ordered another serve. I had the salmon which was full of flavor. The tiramisu was delightful. The teenager also enjoyed
Food was delicious. Service was good. Interior modern maybe a bit stark. Seating not comfortable enough to sit relaxed
Awesome service. Delicious food. Best chips you can get. Would go back any day. Steak was superb. Cooked perfectly. Yummmmm

Great venue for a party! Food and staff are amazing
A great restaurant located just north of Masterton in a lovely vineyard setting. Open for lunch and dinner, nice place for a meal or social drinks. Friendly staff and a well run establishment. Would love to see the menu include a few more vegetarian/vegan options that extend further than pasta.
We went to Wingate for New Years Eve lunch. The food was the most incredible we've had for a long time! The Le Gra wine was fabulous, the building was clean and feeling fresher than before, and the staff were brilliant. There is a kids menu that satisfied our very fussy son, and the adults menu had
Had a really lovely brunch with my husband in an outdoor setting, with a lovely view of the vines. The food was great, and wine was lovely. Traveled from Palmerston North for a nice drive, good food and a nice atmosphere.
Had an awesome evening of painting, laughs, drinks and the most amazing snacks. The artist Katie Gracie was the perfect hostess. She gave us step-by-step assistance to make a beautiful artwork of dandelions. A section of the restaurant is closed off for this. Totally private and special. On arrival
