Loved it here. Beer especially pils was so great. I tried poutine and it was nice. Not too salty but cheesy and savory. And the bartender! She was so nice and friendly. Definitely come back here again while in Wanaka.
Our hotel gave us some vouchers for free fries here so we came along and discovered this place that we would have missed otherwise. We loved it. The fries were delicious (probably the best we’ve had in New Zealand) and all the drinks were fantastic too. Will definitely be coming back to get a full meal here as all the other food looked amazing too. All the food was great prices too!
Lively atmosphere & calming, natural interior! A great spot to socialise and while away the day over good food and great beer. We got the Social Experiment (delicious!) and Liquid Sunshine, which were excellent! Highly recommend the kimchi loaded fries. Good vegetarian options but not any vegan options.

Always enjoy b.effect. Good selection of beers on tap. Was enjoyable sitting outside on a lovely evening. Tasting paddle is a great way to experience some different options...
Great place for an afternoon catch up! Reasonably priced, delicious brews, quick friendly service and tasty food.
Good spot, good chips and beers, and more. unfortunately they don't not have sky so won't do the Rugby. It's a bit expensive but alright. It is Wanaka, after all.

Great staff, good variety of beers, wines and small but a menu ti suit all tastes... DOG FRIENDLY inside and out! You can do a lot worse... 1 of our favourite spots. Recommended!

My partner and myself are addicted to b social. No joke we probably get the BS burger 4/7 nights of the week. Eat in or take away the burger is out of this world and definitely the best in the area. Kombucha on tap as well either regular or jasmine is bomb.
Great food great beer. Satisfying after a day walk. Southern pulled pork sandwich is recommended.
Great place, food, atmosphere & drinks (especially beer). Nice and comfy, good for all ages & well priced. Will 100% come back in future!
B. Social is the best brew pub in Wanaka! Their amazing B. Effect beers are delicious. Plus they have an awesome line up of beers from lagers, hazy pale ale, IPA's, cider and a black IPA- something for everyone! The food was delicious and ranges from quick snacks like fries and jalapeno poppers to burgers and ribs. Everything we had was soo good. They even have poutine (for those missing the tastes of Canada!) And their kimchi fries are incredible. A must try if you're in Wanaka! Cheers!
