Very nice place.
Very cosy inside, with an area for children to play.
Very big and green outside. With few shady tables and a playground area for the kids.
The locals beers offered are good.
We had ribbons rack and it was delicious....

I went to dinner, 6 of us in total. The food was good. Service good. It was winter, so the place lacked that cozy feel. It wasn't busy, and I wondered if that was because the lighting in the car park wasn't enough to make it look like the restaurant was open.

New to us, but what a find. Good choices of beer and wine. Food was plentiful and very tasty, did l say plentiful that should be large, very good value for money. Yes we will return soon.
We had the most amazing hamburgers for lunch on Monday. Our two border collies had a great time chasing balls in the garden. Lovely relaxed place to stop on our way back to Whangarei with our dogs. We will be back.

Just north of Warkworth, good tap beers (Hellertau IPA and Number 8 Wired Pilsner included. Child friendly play area and toys. Nice simple but tasty food, not too expensive. Was a welcome stop on the journey home.
These guys rule! Amazing food and the staff make you feel like it's a family gathering. Loved it, and live music too! Don't miss out!

Ordered takeaway today - Needed a nice salad for a family lunch and no time to make one. They made a lovely job of it much enjoyed by everyone :-)
