Went there on a Friday lunch time. Peak time so I opted for the quick meal combo of meesiam and curry which came quickly. Had Milo dinosaur too.
It was yummy and massive. I wish the curry was in a separate bowl as I didn’t know it would be totally drenched on the meesiam and I usually prefer it se
We came here with big group of friends and colleagues.
We enjoy the food as many of them are very close to Indonesian food with similar level of spiciness. I have halal char kwe tiau and nyonya platter as well. I do enjoy salad kerabu and pasembur.
We just had to wait a bit longer as we came toget
One hell of a good genuine char kuey teow. Full of flavour and ingredients. Not halal by the way.
Front of house staff need to be more vigilant with customer queue / ask before seating during peak hours. We arrived first but one of the young men decided to seat the people who arrived later than us.
Enjoyed the Roti & nyona chicken curry; however, needed an extra roti, as a single one wasn't enough. Wife had the Nasi Lamak with vege curry. Was pretty good but needed a little more spice and depth. Would visit again to try out the noodle dishes.
Great tasting food and good prices for the main dishes! Roti was so yum, gotta come back for that. The curry puffs (4) were very small for $7 though, and my coconut rice didn't have much coconut flavour and was a tad bit dry. Overall still a good meal though and they did have a seat for us 9 people
Food tastes good, very similar to Malaysia. Recommended!
Too noisy. Crowded and packed to the rafters. No place to squeeze through if you have a booking at the far end of the room. Pleasant staff, but very slow service. Food did not meet my expectations. Mild flavoured and sweeter than normal Asian food. Probably modified to suit Kiwi palates. Would have
Affordable delicious Malaysian dining in the Wellington cbd.
Huge portions and the mee goreng is a must have!
Friendly staff and Alot of seating around, but always full of people.
Will be back again!
the food are really good , specially the BBQ pork bun is true Malaysian style.
Great spot to have authentic Malaysian food!
The Hokkien Mee was great! Deliciously rich broth packed with beautiful flavour and heat.
The ambiance brings me back to the high school cafeteria... Not great.
Their pandan desserts however are addictively good!
Went here on lunch time weekdays so super busy but queue is pretty fast and food is fast serving considering they are so busy. I tried the roti and nona curry. Really good. I enjoyed it. They also have malaysian traditional kueh for dessert. Also the drink, they have milo dinosaur!! I don’t even kno
We came here twice in a row thats how much we enjoyed it! The food came out fairly quickly which was great and is so affordable espeically for the portions given!

Highly recommend the Mee Goreng! This dish has a luscious sweet sauce and excellent savoury flavour with a hint of… tomato!? There is an excellent chilli oil used, too. The mushrooms and charred tofu give a great char (hei) aroma and flavour! There are loads of textures — chewy, sticky fritter;
Delicious Malaysian food. My personal hobby is trying Malaysian food in NZ, wasn't disappointed by the flavours and portions here.
We walked in at around 7pm on a busy Friday night without a reservation but still managed to be seated 15mins later. The kitchen forgot one of our orders but made up fo
The food is exceptionally delicious and the servers are kind, but they can get exceptionally hectic if it gets a little busy. But it’s worth the wait, the textures and tastes of every dish are out of this world good.
Nasi lemak was super tasty - would definitely recommend!
I was extremely impressed with the nasi lemak at your restaurant. It was clear that it was made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and it was cooked with care. I would highly recommend your nasi lemak to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Malaysian meal.
In addition to the delicious foo
