Really great service and delicious food. The dim sims were soooo good but The star of the show for us was the fried noodles with pork. A must have! 🙌🏽
Really good dumplings , I chose eight of them so could have one of each flavour and then crispy chicken with spicy mayo, was all good with good friendly service and quick too :) best dumplings I have had probably :)

If I'm not mistaking these guys were in a moore Wilsons pod and quite expensive. In this store it's way cheaper with better value for money.
Will be happy to go back.
The staff are friendly and the interior looks nice and has ample seating.
Obviously the main food item they sell are dumplings, but I also had their noodles once and they were quite nice.
The dumplings I always have fried, pork or chicken. Usually 6 of each and I eat them with soy sauce or chili sauce. They taste very good and are always well cooked.
I will say that I feel the dumplings are a bit expensive. Not more so than any other dumpling places but just because they weren't very filling and dumplings have always seemed like an entree or a side dish to me.
Overall I enjoyed my experiences going here and would recommend trying them.
Omg wow! The best pan fried dumplings ever!! Can’t find any other dumplings that tastes this good!!! If only there were more seafood variety
I had the vegetarian dumplings, I loooovveee my dumplings fried and it was fried perfectly, and the filling wasn’t just boring spinach and mushroom but it was a nice mix, My partner had pork & celery dumplings boiled & he enjoyed them too.

Pork dumplings are the best by far. Only four stars as the seafood dumplings seemed to be surimi, which was a bit of a let-down.
the dumplings are as good as whats served in China. The waiting time and price is reasonable. would recommend to all. 0.5 is taken bc is music is too loud.
Loved the vege dumplings! Good texture crispy on the outside and nice and soft on the inside. Lovely open atmosphere, very relaxing, great place to grab a quick bite. The pancake was a bit of a disappointment though it was mostly deep fried flour. The hokkien noodles were pretty good too and reasonable sized. Would definitely come back.
What a bargain! $7 for 8 dumplings of your choice. Really quick to make it to the table and pretty tasty. After I had ordered I heard the server advise the next customer of the happy hour deal - wish I knew about it! Also odd that they assumed I would want mine T/A rather than dine in...oh well, the cardboard box was fine.

After passing by a few times and waiting for all the renovations to finish I was eager to check it out! So the space is very commercialized with industrial metal ventilation units and cold concrete flooring, copper piping and a modern twist with coffee shop furnishings, high tables and Eames chair setup, wooden panel interior flows neatly throughout.
Now for the other review, they suggested that there was no sign of eat in versus takeaway which I found to be true. But I noticed that all of their meals were served inside of their cardboard containers.
There is nothing more reassuring than good service. This was the case here with the friendliest girl who was serving us. As for the food I was happy with the grubbiness of pan-fried beef & cabbage, chicken & corn, pork & chives dumplings. With a small selection of vinegar, soy sauce and chillies to go alongside.
I was surprised to find that the bar sold a good selection of drinks with a whole dinner selection that is apparently the only one of the two stores in Wellington which does so.
Overall, I'm happy with the store and it's prices so will recommend to anyone after a good meal for a good price.
had their 红油饺子 Chili oil dumplings (vegetarian) yesterday and it was so yummy it took my right back to Sichuan. It seemed to be quite busy, as the lady was running around, but my food was still ready in no time. 味道巴适！
Surprisingly good. Have walked past a few times, assuming it to be just another bland dumpling place. However, the menu is way better than just dumplings. Very tasty, wide range of options. Will be back.

Fast, fresh, delicious. Food is made right in front of you and is as fresh as it comes. The dumplings were absolutely perfect, and the options available were fantastic. My only complaint is the stools are very uncomfortable but the food distracted me completely.
Friendly welcoming staff. Beautiful dumplings and wontons. Also had a rose tea which was such a delicious delicate flavour. Highly recommended.
Nice Chinese food in a snazzy location. The food is a little bit expensive (in comparison to lower end Chinese restaurants) but still good! Amazing cocktails as well!

Friendly service. They were very busy when we were there at Easter and the wait time was a little long for takeaways but the food was well worth the wait. Will definitely visit next time we are back in Wellington.
Arrived in Wellington late and found this place by chance ... What luck! Food is cooked fresh to order in front of you and is fantastic.
Dumplings are good, bao buns are OK. The staff are great and willing to answer/look up obscure questions relating to food. They have pink bao buns! Also, $10 cocktails!
The food was very delicious and the price reasonable. We had the vegeterian, chicken and pork dumblings, which were great and edamame served with chili oil. Big plus: They served my companion and I with great kindness even though we came in 20 minutes before closing time. (Maybe because we seemed so hungry.) Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you very much for the good food. :)
Had takeaway chicken bao and bok choy. Interesting cocktail menu, would like to try next time.
