A good franchise with a consistent product. The staff are fast and friendly and the food quality is good. The price I think always seems a shade high for what you get but in reflection I actually think it's just really easy to spend a bit there because the food is delicious. I like the creativity of this brand but it does need to contemporise it's look a little in the near future as it comes across slightly dated with an extreme-sports meets nu-metal early 2000s vibe; I can't stand the music - it's a bit tacky for my tastes but it is part of their brand identity so I get that and it's successful and has a great broad appeal and a strong brand voice. This particular site is well maintained - very tidy and clean. Toilet clean which is always great to see at any place you dine at. Good shakes, and the moto bites are yum - my favourite thing about Burgerfuel hands down.
Pretty good service here the guys are pretty friendly. I don't think very much for their burgers though they are pretty pricey for fast food but all fast foods seem to be following that trend. I would suggest going elsewhere nearby for more value within the quality of the ingredients such as Grill Meets Beer or ekim burger for exactly the same price range. Better atmosphere too. - apologise if this is disheartening but unfortunately this is the reality for such a competitive hospitality industry. The burgers at this burger fuel tend to have way too much sauce also, I've noticed the other one nearby actually doesn't have enough so it is to some merit for this shop because I LOVE tonnes of sauce on my burger. There's usually plenty of salad with a greased dressing to boot but that's what it's all about! Just sad about the price is all.
I always love coming in and seeing what new burgers you have for a certain time of the year.
You guys always deliver on yummy food and whenever I need a fix you guys have a the best deals too.
It was by happenstance I came across this quaint little burgerfuel store. So lovely and full of atmosphere. 24/7 infomercials blare on a 40 inch telly just near the menu so laden with hip words like vegan and wagyu.. We arrived at the counter and after what seemed like an eternity we finally came to the conclusion that we were not at a petrol store. Burgerfuel doesn't sell fuel. We shan't be returning...
If you like burgers, and live in New Zealand, then I'm sure you've already tried Burger Fuel. Those of you who haven't - should. It's a huge step up from Burger King and McDonalds without costing too much more. My favourite is the Ring Burner - with Jalapenos, but if you're looking for something huge then go for the Ford Freakout. I love their innovative little device for holding the burgers: the Duffer. (Mmmmmm, I feel like a burger!)
In my opinion, if one is looking for awesome burgers, the search ends here. Burger Fuel engineers burgers. The Burn Out Gourmet Chicken Burger is an absolute must. The Ring Burner is worth the money. Most of the burgers are over sized and will definetely satisfy one's apetite. The ambience is pretty standard, similar to most other outlets. As it is the heart of the City, this outlet is always teeming with people irrespective of that the service is still really exemplary.
Always a CNC Cheese lover, keeping the unique BurgerFuel taste. Night time atmosphere is pretty awesome compared to the daytime. Enjoyed my burger as every time. Clean environment and friendly staffs. Best place to have a weekend chill with your friends and family. Go..Enjoy your Fuel😋😍
The lass on the cashier seemed to not want to be there. The burger was just OK - all the fillings seemed to tip to one side. Otherwise the place is pretty good.
Great place, close by and good food. But they forgot an item 😕 I ordered.
However great vibes! Just need to up their Quality assurance game!

Good place to have a great Burger or to have a take away. The staff members are friendly and helpful to inform you of their products and services available. I really recommend this place to visit and enjoy the best Burgers of Wellington city.
Just like most places in town, these guys have terrible service coz of the lack of skilled staffs. Wait time is long at times as well. I love the 2pax booths though.
The packaging, I really don’t get it. Has the person who designed the burger boxes ever tried eating in one?
Burger are really good, probably not one of the burgers I’ve had but still very good.
But I gotta say, when you’re one of the very many expensive burger joints in town, you really must stand out but burgerfuel doesn’t do that.
Best burger in town,all the times,service,money you spend,taste,.the best burger I eat in last,couple years,BURGER FUEL .
Recommended always,.
Had CN Cheese burger & Kumara fries - really good 😋
Burger was great; service was good, but their toilet was terrible. Lots of plastic bottles and metal pails stacked on top of each other, with thick dirt on their covers. Hardly any space to step on.
Perfect quick meal when you need a quick dinner/bite to eat.
Love this place! Can't beat the burgers! Can get pretty busy but usually a quick turn around.
Due to the door not closing properly, the place was very cold. Other than that, everything else was spot on.
I had breakfast and liked both the burger and mini hash browns. I think the milkshake needs more coffee flavoring.
