Ahh the pickle jar. A family classic. Brought the youngest here with me and had an absolute blast. Ordered the metre long pizza, was pricy but overall worth it as I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend cheat day! My youngest sipped on a kiddy orange juice and his smile said it all. Great customer service
Had a sirloin burger this time. The burger bun was not toasted properly so it was not that edible. The burger was okay but lacked any flavour. For $32 I would have expected something better. Disappointing.
This restaurant can do no wrong. perfect design, amazing food, and just an awesome vibe. This place is my go-to when I am having a bad day because it is consistently quality food.
Ordered the buffalo hot wings and chips & dip. Cooked perfectly. Wings were crispy and coated with a perfect amount of sauce. A nice heat from the spiciness too. Chips were crunchy, golden brown and light and fluffy, and the dipping sauce was a great flavour.
Will definitely be back again.
The food was amazing. I had 500g of chicken wings. If you like deep fried crispy chicken you will love these. The sauce was amazing. My husband had a burger. The pictures speak for themselves. The food was Yummy and service excellence. Plenty of food so no-one went hungry.

Every time I come here I get the same thing - the Pickled Cheeseburger - really need to broaden my horizons but it's just soooo good! Best burger I've ever had, anywhere. (Big talk!)

There’s a great selection of food and beverages at this venue, the atmosphere, pretty friendly staff too. There’s a small parking lot next to the Pickle Jar, plus some more free parking located on the street in front.

The weather only allowed to go local. First time in a decade visiting the Pickle Jar. And surprised by the quality of the food and the variety offered.
Sport was on, so it was packed and loud, but great atmosphere.
Will come back.
The kids fish and chips is good, and they now have Tuatara Hazy, so I might need to visit more often. $70 to feed three kids and get two pints ... is probably better value than the other pub.
