Fav mexican in NZ. Love their burritos and Vegan Chicken. Best fries as well! Wife loves the Grande Melt, i think it’s called.
Great food. It's like a Subway for your standard Mexican food. They are quite expensive in terms of the portion size they give you. I was left feeling hungry afterwards and this is coming from a small person who doesnt eat that much. Additionally, they could have put more cheese on my meal, as it's
Ah I love Mad Mex. Easily the best of the franchised Mexican places. Their burritos are a good size, all the ingredients taste fresh and everyone there is nice and more importantly, knows how to make the things they're supposed to. Fries are not bad. Hotsauce on all the tables.
This is not just another fast food outlet - the food is fresh, prepared each day, with a tantalising range of real Mexican food, and can be as mild or hot as you like. I will be going back again.
The quesadillas were very good, but the tacos were under-fried, so parts of them were not crispy.
