Service was acceptable, and food came fast, considering products are cook-to-order.
Atmosphere is Modern-Rustic.
One small downside is that menus are either on a wall display away from the counter or on small cards found on the service counter.
Overall, it was a good experience.
Burger, as always, is delicious ,tasty, filling, and bang for buck.
I admire their creativity. From burger ingredients to packaging to customer experience. Never have I seen an outside package neatly configured to just unzip and have an instant burger handler that keeps one from having all the juice
Great customer service, and the juiciest, yummiest burger! So delicious that you won't feel guilty eating it. Kumara fries were a bit overcooked but still tasty.

We visited for the first time ever today. Called to make a phone order and they were so nice on the phone. Changed the kids cheese burger to a vegetarian burger by putting a vegie patty in it. All people working there friendly. Highly recommend it.

Have always held a high affinity for BurgerFuel since it's inception, but the lust seems to have subsided. This being said, BF is still probably the best burger chain NZ has to offer.
The Doofer is still, to this day, a very innovative product...

The burgers are basically the best in New Zealand compared to Mc, King, KFC...the price is slightly high as you have to order everything separately, but if you want good burgers, you should come here. (compared to other chain store)

Burgerfuel has very good burgers but the stores lack consistency: staff can be jaded and terse; stores are often too noisy; and burgers get cooked and seasoned so differently
