Food here is great. Huge portions and good prices. Theres always sport on and if youre look8ng for something specific if you ask the guys they will turn it on for you (assuming its available) theres also a separate area if youve got a group and the barstaff are pretty cool.

In the heart of Wellington's nightlife district. They serve pretty good burgers on a build-your-own basis. Beers available on tap, of the various local breweries. As befits the name they have large screens playing different types of sports; the night I was there they had cricket and US college football. If you're craving a burger and/or want to watch sports this is as good a spot in the Wellington CBD as any.
Pretty good sports bar with great service. Food was generally pretty okay, but avoid the so-called "buffalo wings" at all costs.

Best place for nice drink on a friday, then another on saturday and sunday. They show sports and have gangster staff

Decent pub grub, friendly & helpful staff. Massive screen, and plenty of TVs to watch the sport on.
It's a sports bar. It's a goodbone though. Big tvs. Big pizzas. Big beers. No pretence.
