Great little food stall on the waterfront near Te Papa. First visited it four years ago. Today I found it’s still there. Still serving great seafood fritters too. I had the oyster fritter today. Delicious.
Wow! Had never tried an oyster fritter before, life changing experience. Like a whitebait fritter but tastier. You’ve got to visit these guys!
A great place to have lunch after or before a walk on the waterfront. The chips were especially delicious (tho a bit on the more expensive side) and the burger bun was homemade! 😋 The service was also quick and friendly.
Delicious NZ seafood in its best, simplest form. Great service and really well priced
Absolutely exceptional. The mussel fritter was perfect, and the team are obviously passionate about the product. Food made with love always tastes better. Well done. I’ll be back.

Loaded chips are brilliant, sometimes have a bit too much gravy but otherwise all good
Fritters are great and Mussel Boat is exceptional👌
Can't find a nicer quick eat by the wharf than this. Chips are out of this world and the oyster fritters are a must have. Visit if you can!

The beef burger and chips were amazing! So good, had it again and again.
Always try to stop by on the weekend for the butty. Absolutely define!! Super friendly staff that remember me too which i love.
