From my experiences i would rate this by far the best KFC in the Wellington region. Great customer service, and everything has always been on point too. Keep it up KFC Johnsonville Team. Your doing awesome!

Drove in with a bad attitude and was a bit nervous but was greeted by a lovely woman working on the speaker box who was polite and had a very attractive and soothing voice. Then as I stumbled vocally she guided me through my order. As I pulled up to the window to receive my meal the lovely angel we will just nickname Margaret smiled passed me our food and waved joyfully as we drove away . Thank you Margaret!!!!!
Great customer service! Friendly woman working on the drive-through, with good listening skills, a cheerful and helpful attitude. Definitely like coming to this store, it's well worth the drive!

Loma from Johnsonville was amazing!! She answered the phone straight away and was very friendly, polite and helpful the whole way through, she deserves a pay rise! Both the palmerston north branches were either engaged or wouldn't answer through multiple tries ,as that's where I'm based! And ended up purchasing through kfc due to the help from Loma(although she was from Johnsonville) through palmerston north ! 10/10 for customer service for Loma and an asset to kfc!

Always friendly staff, just often a long wait in drive-through! Also, prices seem to be going up for KFC nationwide.
Lots of young gentlemen working hard, communicating, pushing through the orders super quick on dinner rush, good to see younger generations working hard and earning their future. We had just sat down n boom food was ready ! Although the gravy was a bit bland and plastic tasting, and chicken tasted like old oil, must of needed oil change. Was happy with the food overall 😁
