I wished we could have longer! Such a beautiful place to stay. Large well appointed apartment with comfortable beds in a great location.
Parking situation and reception being on the 6th floor is a bit clunky, but otherwise the hotel is fine. Two bedroom suite is very spacious
Not a guest, went for a meeting but from what I saw it is a nice hotel. Staff are friendly, location is great in the heart of the city with street access. Good security as card only access to elevators. The suite was quite nice too, though not very big. Has all kitchen amenities and washer/dryer in bathroom.
Staff were very accommodative, as my wife was not very well. No takeaway food is available on Sunday as all the restaurants are closed, and room service is supplied by local restaurants .
Very happy with the room. Staff very friendly and polite. The only draw back was the limited food options available for room service. Three restaurants are used to fulfill room service requests, however for the week I was in Wellington only one restaurant was available; Dominoes. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and what arrived was a pizza with sauce on top and no pepperoni. Disappointing.
Room was very clean, washing machine and dryer, powder, kitchen with utensils all available in room. Parking off street. Very quiet, private, safe. Very new and stylish.
Nice self catering apartments, rather expensive for a single night. But the rooms were comfortable, no views to speak of, and security was excellent.
What a great place to stay. Rooms are emaculate and everything u need. Great place. Highly recommend 👌
So local to everything. Reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Differently stay again.
Great for a family stay in the 2 room suite. Slept family of 4 well. Woukd stay here again!
Excellent place to stay- had a suite with full kitchen facilities, immaculately clean and inviting suite.
There was a reception staff member in training - she was amazingly professional and polite and helpful and a pleasure to engage with. Although all the other staff were professional and knowledgeable, the trainee just went that extra mile. She delivered a positive and memorable consumer experience.
I should have got her name, I regret not reading her name badge properly - does help to wear one's glasses.
Perfection!
We are amazed by what CityLife, Wellington have to offer. Staying in a hotel, we first look at the service offered and then the hardware of the hotel.
When we checked in the evening, we were greeted by a helpful and friendly manager at the desk. We can see that Ms Do, is trying to do her best to answer our questions... she is really the can do, Ms Do. Max was also very helpful and accommodating. Mike the engineer was professional and courteous and finally, Oceana from house keeping tried her best to cater our needs. She has definitely made our stay a little more comfy.
We booked the suites and it has almost everything that a small family needs. I really mean everything from a small kitchen, washing machine and even dryer for a really economical price. The rooms are comfortable and modern and all of us rested well.
The location are in the heart of everything and very convenient. Countdown is just around the corner where we can buy stuff to cook, along beside Subway Sandwiches, McDonald's is nearby and it is a few steps from the cable car station.
I must admit this has become one of our favourite place to stay and probably when we are back to Wellington, we will definitely consider CityLife.
Centrally located on Wellington's Lambton quay, and yet very quiet. Rooms are a great size and staff are friendly.
Best location to be. Right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of shops, main road, transport and food outlets. Rooms again are not fancy but great if you plan on spending most of your days outdoors anyway.
