First of all was open on Xmas day (brilliant)! Secondly, the guy serving us was super kind and helpful, he seemed happy to explain the difference between similar things on the menu and make recommendations. The food was healthy and fresh. One of the best takeaway options around 🌯

My friends and I absolutely love the nachos, can't stop spending our money here! Absolutely fabulous customer service, always super friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect for my vegetarian friend and my coeliac needs. Our favourite place to eat out, hands down.

Friendly staff member, the most beautiful tacos ever with yummy salsa and dressings. The loo's needed a decent clean, & needed T paper topping up, but aside from that, the food and service was AMAZING!

This Mexican chain restaurant has recently opened. The food is more towards the fresh/authentic Mexican approach than the more common Tex-Mex seen in chain restaurants. The menu has plenty of healthy options, including gluten free and vegan (or able to be made vegan with minor amendments). Service is quick. The atmosphere doesn't encourage you to linger, given the frontage onto Courtenay Place and the traffic noise, but it's bright and inviting enough. Good for a quick meal, especially if you're looking for a healthy option (or a veg option that isn't a felafel kebab or avocado sushi).

I ordered the big burrito and it was pretty good. The girl behind the counter was super friendly as she was teaching a new worker the ropes as they were constructing the burrito. Always a smile on their faces

Experience is dependant on the whim of the server, as to how they pack the spoons and fill the burritos, nachos etc. I've had great meals and okay meals, but nothing terrible, and I haven't been served a horribly miserly meal lacking fillings and sauces like some reviews describe, but I could believe it happens given how varied my own experiences were. I've had delicious nachos and burritos and so-so nachos and burritos, served with smiles and with glum reluctance. Props given for having a gluten free tortilla as an option (which is actually better than flour tortillas I remember eating in the past). I suggest that to avoid the scathing reviews that keep cropping up for this Zambrero branch that the management regularly check on their staff's procedures and manner towards customers. What is the point of letting someone prepare an understuffed and tasteless burrito if it just results in angry customers who decide never to go back?

Have ordered the nachos on numerous occasions and will continue. The customer service is always impeccable and my friends and I are always left feeling great afterwards.

Not my personal favorite food but was a good visit for a quick meal. Restroom out of order at the time.

My coworker took me here one day when i couldnt think of anything to eat and now it’s my go to lunch ! The guy who works at lunch is so nice and serves so effortlessly which is what i love especially when i wanna go back to work to just sit down. He is very nice and accommodating when i ask for something in particular. Always in and out in 5 minutes without failure. I always get a bowl and it fills me up for the second half of the day which is just what i need on a busy day !! Looooove coming back here

Great food and opening hours but pretty unfriendly and strange staff. My food was assembled violently, and condiments were applied with such vigor that it sent sauce flying through the air onto the ground behind the counter. I might add the restaurant was completely quiet when this occurred. No one else in line. I used to work at McDonald's and even we assembled our burgers with a little more finesse, and that wasn't even in front of customers.

Solid Tex-Mex place, affordable and good quality but on the smaller side.
