Have stopped here a few times when travelling north. The curries are really good with great flavour and complexity. So good in fact we stop again when returning to AKL. The premises are basic but who cares, the food is so good. Friendly staff too.
This Indian restaurant makes really delicious food and the staff are always helpful and accommodating about making vegetarian versions of my favourite curries.

Best Indian food I have had in a very long time, These guys do an excellent Job so if you enjoy Indian Food and are passing through Wellsford then this is the place to stop
We've had these Indian takeaways a few times now and their food is always spot on and delicious! Would definitely recommend! Butter Chicken is highly recommended
We live in Wellsford and were pleased to see that an Indian Restaurant was opening up in the town.
We are big fans of Indian food and when the Spice Lounge finally opening we weren't disappointed.
The food is excellent. We have tried a number of dishes over the last month or so and each one has been great.
They offer a wide variety of choice and are happy to run through any dishes that you are not familiar with.
How about a loyalty card for those of us who are regulars guys!

I travel through wellsford quite often and thought of giving this newly opened restaurant a try, I have already tried at their Kaiwaka branch and a regular their, must say they are up to the standard at this new one as well,, cheers!!

The food was good, and the service was beautiful. Highly recommend this restaurant, Though i believe some improvements could be made to the interior but other than that. It was perfect.
Great food and very helpful staff. Simple shopfront dinning room with chandelier. The tasty curries and entrees were accurate to their curry heat descriptions.
Amazing Tandori Platter and Fish Curry. Good stop before a long trip to the North. Would difinitely come back for more!

Pretty quiet at lunch times so service is fast.
Licensed for beer so a sneaky beer with lunch is a must have. The flavours are quite excellent and I highly recommend you check them out.

We have had lots of take aways from here in the last 2 years as well as one sit-down meal. The food is a good, consistent standard and the staff are polite and happy to help. They often do a special with a mixed platter which is a real bargain. Definitely our preferred Indian takeaway in Wellsford.

The food was delicious and authentic. I had the vegetable Jalfrezi which is now my new favorite indian dish. The waiter was polite and attentive and the atmosphere was perfect. Would definitely return and recommend!

Really good food, loved the Kadai Chicken and Paneer Tikka Masala. Also, they were super nice to us - allowing us (exhausted after driving back from the Far North) to eat though they were closed for dine-in. Really appreciated it!

There food is fresh delicious curry's great service. Had takeaways but they have a nice dinning room to sit down and even a bar with good selection of alcohol and no alcohol drinks.
Any time I travel through Wellsford at lunchtime this is a must stop. The Lamb Rogan Josh with rice, naan bread, popadum and soft drink comes for only 12 bucks as lunch special and is just and only delicious
Great curries and amazing service. I left my favourite hat here when passing through and they posted it all the way to Melbourne for me. Above and beyond! Wonderful people!!
