Here on evening of 19th June 2023.
Just by myself as in Wanganui for work purposes.
I gave the t-bone steak with mushroom sauce a shot.
Excellent feed, plenty of it and worth the $40.00.
I wish I got the ladies name that served me but she was great to .

Great place with amazing staff. Visited on a Saturday night around 6pm with no booking. We were quickly seated indoors and our order taken promptly. Great selection of starters and mains at reasonable prices. Drinks arrived quickly. Starters and mains also arrived very quickly. The portions are huge
This is a nice spot lots of seating inside and out. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. The food was very good and service was fast even tho they were busy the day I was there. Price wise it was ok for the size of the meals I got.
Been here a couple of times now. Always great food. Can get busy but that's what you can expect when the food and service is good and great value to top it off. Highly recommended.
Service was great, and we all enjoyed our meals.
I had the Lamb rump with veges. The lamb was cooked superbly, but there wasn't much of it.

I was gutted that other patrons on Thursday night 7th nov had no consideration for other diners who wanted to enjoy a nice meal and catchup. I dont mind a happy birthday song ,but the group continued to sing loudly.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a delicious meal at a Caroline’s Boatshed, and I must say, it was an fabulous dining experience.
For the main course I ordered the pork belly. The presentation was great. The flavour's were delicious, throughly enjoyed it, a satisfying and well-rounded meal,
Had a wonderful dinner here while travelling for work. Service was amazing and felt really personal. Garlic bread helping was good and can easily be shared. Had the Pork Belly and it was cooked beautifully with great crackling.
Would happily eat here again if in town.
Absolutely awesome, walked in tonight (Tuesday) with no reservation. The place was pumping, we were seated within 5 minutes, served super quickly and the food is fab! Best shrimp cocktail we've had in forever. Friendly efficient staff and can't rate the overall experience highly enough 👌Will definit
Had the sizzler burger and the sticky date pudding and they were devine. Portion sizes were generous and all elements of the meal were perfect.
The staff are super friendly with lots of personality and not shy to hold a decent conversation.

We turned up on Saturday night, and the place was packed, so we were unable to get a seat. Booked for Sunday night immediately.

Absolutely fantastic place, great food, great service, great atmosphere. Wish we had more time in the area to visit again. The steak I had was great, the staff are brilliant.
Fantastic service and delicious, perfectly cooked food (and cheese cake for dessert), wine list was good too. Had kids menus and colouring pencils for the kids ready on the table for them when we arrived. Everything on the menu looked great and the service was impeccable - really impressed!
Their special lunch menu is frest value and very tasty. Service was friendly and quick. A great place to sit outside on a hot summers day and watch the river across the road.
