Service of the team was good despite the fact they were all so hot and bothered today, they were both very polite. Bit of a wait in drive thru but everything was fresh. 2nd window seems like it’s far away from everything, just staring at a blank wall waiting for someone to appear. Overall experience above average but room for improvement.
There is a good range of food items to choose from. They never look like the advertising but they taste good. Present your Gold Card for a discount.
I was beyond impressed with the customer service today. I went through the drive thru twice within 20 minutes having good service each time. Kaha was extremely nice and needs a raise!

The reason I'm giving this review was because my service was impeccable they accommodated to my mental disability this disability makes it hard to touch dry things such as paper and the way they treated me was amazing so I recommend going the employees are great
We called in on Saturday afternoon when the shop was being cleaned. Not many people around but we were happy enough.
Everything good, but i like coffee with my meal. Coffee option required.
The wait time wasn't too long, but sadly the patties were quite burnt, other than that the food and service was great, with a friendly team
When we visited they were dealing with a pretty substantial leak in the roof due to the horrific rain that was happening, despite this challenge the staff were amazing in helping us in store and the big lines in the drive through. Go team! We ordered our usual meals and they were great.
Had a great experience when I visited this store on my way back from Patea to Palmy Manawatu, the manager was great

Was going to have a kids party there but couldn’t as party area damaged, so went in today and got takeout to have at the park instead.
The 2 ladies that I dealt with were brilliant and even knew who I was, and were sorry we couldn’t have party there.
