Real nice experience have nothing but praise for this place. Great food, great coffee and great staff. Bonus points as we brought our dog there. They have water for them, and if your lucky your dog might get a treat. 10/10.
The first thing we noticed was there was lovely music and that was at 7.30am. That music just never intruded on our conversation either.
The coffee and service were excellent. The food was tasty and plentiful.

This is one café that is raising the standard in café cuisine. Highly recommend. The kai is awesome and staff were friendly and warm. Top marks 😊👍
This has been a go to place for for sometime now for a friend & I then with others..but have only lately tried the board menu meals. The two so far I've had I rate pretty highly are:
The mushrooms-they are yum..but because they are richly flavored, next time I'd ask for no melted cheese on the toast

I had the smoked salmon eggs benedict and hot chocolate, was yum! Runny egg, fresh tasting smoked salmon, which wasn't half cooked under the eggs. Good portions, friendly staff and most important, CLEAN!!

As a Coeliac I always ask for gluten free options. I ordered the creamy mushrooms on gluten free bread and it was absolutely delicious. The chef came to our table to advise me that the kitchen isn't completely gluten free but my meal would be prepared safely. I was so appreciative of his care and I
Went in here for lunch for the first time. What a great service from Jeena & Ani. All of the staff was amazing but these were just outstanding. Ani, I’d have to give you a 5 STAR for the beat barista in town👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Food was outstanding and so was the dark choc banana cake😍. Well done team.

Best coffee in Whangarei. Well priced, small flat whites (strong 2 shots as they should be if you're a picky x wellingtonian like me 😅), lovely deep caramel colour, perfect texture. Very nice cabinet food, nice atmosphere, perfect walk around the loop afterward, or a visit to Hihiaua Cultural Center
We continue to use Sabio for our weekly catchup.
It's great to see that they have their service into a great rhythm now and despite being very busy they had a good turnaround of our breakfast order.

This is a popular, and a pleasant find. Clean, modern spacious with an appropriate fitout. A great food selection. Buy your freshly ground coffee while you have your hot drink break.
