Had a slight miss-communication about what was on a burger & team went above and beyond to help me fix it up, so friendly. Service incredible, really appreciated after a big day working. Great place with incredible food. Highly recommend, team needs a pay rise!
Burgers are better than other branches, fresher and presented nicely on serving plates. The place was very busy but waiting time was reasonable, it's actually fast service. We arrived at a very busy time, but service was still surprisingly quick, service very friendly and efficient & food still too quality.
The unexpected extra was a very friendly and helpful man circulating the tables (owner or possibly manager) checking on all the customers... A very good touch.

I ordered the wrong fries with my burger and when they arrived I was confused she offered to swap them over and insisted that it would be no trouble I said no thank you I appreciate it 1-2mins later the owner/manager dropped of some kumara fries and said try them with the Chipotle sauce it's good. Great service while learning to use the new app but worst chocolate milkshake I have ever had at Burger Fuel (& I drink them frequently). Could not taste the chocolate (strong caramel taste - most likely badly cross contaminated with my daughters caramel shake).

I had a c n cheese burger with beetroot and it was the best burger I have had from any BurgerFuel. So huge my mouth was struggling to get into it and fresh crispy lettuce…. I could go on and such awesome staff and sounds😁😁😁
Good hamburgers. Fries crispy and coloured. The setting a bit tired and undervalued but the staff is friendly. So, if you're in for an easy meal it's a good place to go.

Fantastic service here and lovely staff. Went out of their way to provide a keto burger and GF options are fabulous. All staff seemed knowledgeable on celiac disease and cautioned us in regards to the grill. Fingers crossed for a separate fryer for chips 🤞one day 😊

A bit spendy for a burger, but they are pretty large with quality ingredients and good flavor.
Burgerfuel. The quality of a decent burger joint with the consistency of McDonalds. It's always what you expect. Except it's delicious! Particularly lovely staff.
