Came here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. This place is popular and usually busy, but we were given a bigger table shortly after arriving which was nice.
Everything appears clean and hygienic, our table was nice and spacious.
2 items on the menu stood out for me- the apple, lemon and ginger juice drink was the bees knees š and I also had the garlic prawn and chorizo linguine which was delicious. Overall a really nice experience, and they have quite a good menu. Service was efficient and friendly (thank you servers).
Only regret is that we have never been able to try the pizzas. Have been told they do them only for dinner on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Hopefully we can come back for dinner on a weekend and get a taste.
Awesome little eatery our west. Love the house itās situated in, very family friendly and down to earth. All the dishes were great, some had a bit of fusion which I enjoyed. Definitely try out their pizza that is made fresh. If you happen to venture out here this is a great place for brunch or dinner.
Quite busy so the wait time was long but the food was very good. Staff were very friendly and good at resolving any issues. Would definitely come back on a quieter day

Very impressed with my visit to The Parkhouse. Staff were all super friendly and attentive. Great ambience and really good menu selection. The meals had a slight twist to them which kept it interesting. Try the Labneh eggs served on a bed of veges and toast. The grilled haloumi complimented the dish nicely. Mushrooms Eggs Benedict wasnāt bad. Pork Schnitzel was a little on the dry side, would be better if there was more sauce/condiment with the pork. The shredder- rare beef salad and so refreshing with the pickled fennel and chimichurri. Lovely huge playground onsite so very kid friendly. Highly recommended cafe if you are in Whenuapai or anywhere around Auckland for that matter.
Had brunch here a bit back and were left kinda 50/50. The service here was on my good side but the wait was eh. We had to wait about 15-20 minutes to order and then another 25-30 minutes for our food. I got the french toast and was also kinda 50/50 on that. The bacon was way too fatty for me. The french toast itself was very dry. However, the mascarpone was to die for. Overall I was okay with the meal here and it left the whole family happy and full. They also happen to have a cute playground outside the restaurant for kids to get their energy out. Will probably be back here soon :)
I love having nice beautiful cafes like this out west. Such a stunning cafe, it has a different twist in the menu compared to a lot of other cafes. But thatās what makes it unique and makes it stand out more. Food was great and customer service was great
Such an awesome kid friendly place in the neighbourhood with good food. When it first opened, the menu was quite limited. Theyāve expanded it now and I canāt come here often enough. The Karaage chicken, amazing. And I can eat in peace while the hyperactive kids go and play on the playground literally right outside. Yay.
We come here often for breakfast. Great coffee and a lovely breakfast. This is a lovely restaurant and the service is fantastic. We have been here for lunch as well. We are never disappointed.
A great place to dine because of the tranquil setting. The staff were friendly and service was prompt. I loved the interior of the restaurant because it was well lit with an elegant and modern feel. The beverage selection was good and I enjoyed the red wine that I ordered. I will highly recommend this restaurant.

We had the most amazing experience here tonight, the building itself is amazing so nice and modern! As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by a friendly gentleman.. I wish I got his name (whoever you are, your service is impeccable!!! šš) Love that thereās a big playground so we could play with our kids while we waited for our food (the wait though I must say wasnāt long at all) the food! OMG the food! I got the fish and chips and I canāt stress enough, it was the BEST fish and chips Iāve ever had!!! My partner got the steak meal, and he loved it! Only thing Iām sad about is that I couldnāt fit in some dessert, next time though! Everything about this place is amazing, I canāt fault it. We will be back for sure!
We went their for fathers day this year. Was amazing! Ordered Avocado smash on toast with an egg, they offered a steak special (which was big hunks of steak and chimmichirri) and fish wrap. Service friendly and efficient. Food 5 star.
Very happy this place exists! Thereās not a lot like it in the area. Beautiful building - so spacious and bright. The outdoor area will be ideal in summer. The food and coffee are fantastic. And the service is fast and friendly. Plenty of staff means you are well looked after. Thereās nothing to complain about with this place!
WHAT A GEM! Took my Aunty here for breakfast and it was perfection! I got the omelette which was absolute beautiful, fluffy eggs topped with crispy kale (Which was a relief because I feel like kale can easily go wrong and be unappetising), my Aunty got the French toast which was beautiful and balanced - not overly sweet. Serving size is VERY generous, we both struggled through our meals. Service was great and relaxed, interior was beautiful - super good vibes. Will certainly be back for dinner and an aperol sprits in the near future š
We went for lunch today and greeted warmly as soon as we walked in the door. Two of us had Wagyu beef burgers and one had crispy Pork Belly. All meals delicious. Great attentive service. Highly recommend you visit this new eatery in Whenuapai.

Nice cafe with lovely meals and very friendly staff . My only criticism is that for a cafe that opens directly onto a kids playground, and a cafe that was full of mums with kids, the cabinet food is very limited - only 3 items when we were there. Cafe seems to be focused on menu style dining which is great for a nice lunch out with friends but isnāt always the easiest with kids. A few more offerings in the cabinet would make it perfect for popping in after the park.
Ordered the freshly squeezed orange juice and french toast with bacon, all tasted phenomenal and beautifully presented. Service was a bit slow, they could have done with an extra waitress but the food came out relatively fast once we'd ordered. The setting was lovely and even with a few other diners it wasn't overcrowded or too loud. Great spot for kids as there's a playground right outside. The only negative was there was a bird inside that must have visited frequently as the indoor tree in the dining room had a fair amount of bird poop on the leaves.
We visited the PARKHOUSE cafe on Saturday for lunch had table booked. The service was excellent and staff so friendly. We all had our food and drinks, perfect everyone adult and child where extremely satisfied! Now to the kids playground! Fantastic our little ones had an absolute ball. We would recommend the āPARKHOUSEā Whenuapai to anyone wanting a fantastic family oriented outing.
Thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to The Park House. I would best describe it as "refined". The food was well presented and tasty - the French toast was a little too sweet for my taste buds! Bacon was an extra and would have taken the price up to $30 - on the pricey side! The service was excellent. We did not have children with us, but I guess the adjacent playground is a huge drawcard for families. There is outdoor seating overlooking the playground. We went on a chilly winter's day so opted to sit inside, away from the door.

A must-try CafĆ© whether you live in the neighborhood or not!!! Beside the perfect location their food is amazing!! They currently open for dinner on the weekend too so please give it a go if youāre in the area
A delightfully sunny cafe with delicious food! Well presented meals which tasted great and the lychee soda was very tasty. I had the breakfast rosti stack and added halloumi. The outdoor covered area allows dogs too! We went on a Wednesday for lunch, it was pretty busy but I can imagine it gets busier here. Lovely place on a sunny day.
Whether you need a place to go that helps entertain the kids or you want a place that has a nice atmosphere and food, this is a good place to visit.
The team is lovely and friendly, and the food choices will have you wanting to order a few things at a time.
With the playground fenced in and lots of grass area for the kids to around, you'll find it easy to keep an eye on them while enjoying a nice cold latte from the deck.
It's a popular place, so give them a call to reserve a table, especially if you're coming in deep with a group and kids included.

It's very crowded on weekends and it's almost hard to find parking around. There are fewer people on weekdays. The staff are warm and energetic. The restaurant has a large space and a good environment. Coffee and food are pretty good. The washroom is very clean and spacious. Overall in all aspects, decoration, space, atmosphere, environment, food, coffee, service are š š¹

Food is nice in general but some of the pre-cooked bits like sausage and bacon from Parkhouse Breakfast were old and dry.
The stuff on the counter looked great though, maybe next time.
Went there for lunch after a walk and enjoyed it! We had the truffle fries and squid tentacles which were delish!! The prawn pasta was also pretty tasty! Overall would recommend!!
I was a lovely place, free nice . The staff are friendly and welcoming, keep coming to the tables to ask people if everything was good.

What an amazing experience I had today at Parkhouse Cafe. Parking was great with lots of street parking, food and coffee was delicious! Canāt forget about the service, was served by the most wonderful blonde young lady, she was very accommodating especially during the busy time, all by her self! Will definitely be returning!

Booked a table for 7 people and it was an amazing day. Good food with up to standard customer service and playground for kids to enjoy after brunch. Will definitely revisit this place for sure! Highly recommended.
Really relaxing atmosphere and a nice bright place, with positive vibes. Food was delicious. Service was polite and prompt. Decent size park at the back to play with the kids if you have any or just have as your view which takes away from the the fact that the cafe is off the main road. Can't wait to go back again!
Excellent brunch, and very child-friendly with a good range of child menu items and right next to a park. Enjoyed brunch with friends. All the meals that were delivered to the table looked excellent.
