A good stop between the Hot Water Beach and Whitianga. We rang ahead to make sure that the kitchen was still open and we were in luck. Great country pub. They do big gigs in the summer and it has a big stage area out back. Food is really good although there is no table service you order at the bar and collect your own food. Great atmosphere.

Ample outdoor seating and a fantastically decorated interior made this the perfect stop after a swim in the Coroglen River just across the bridge. Order at the bar and relax away. Sweet stage out the back for when gigs are on.
