Been recently exploring the Korean fare in the East Tamaki area and stumbled on this little gem of a Japanese restaurant that has a Japanese menu but is run by Korean owners. They are right next to a large Korean supermarket, another Korean restaurant and a bubble tea place so it makes sense that they offer a slightly different menu.

Liked:
1. Good variety of dishes on their menu.

2. Recently caught on to eating yum yum prawns so ordered those - delicious. Good sushi rolls and a lot of people were ordering their ala carte bento sets but we opted to share a few small things.

3. Sashimi was fresh and they had a nice drinks menu in case you want a warm or cold sake with a nice selection of Japanese beers.

A good go to if you are in the area.
