If I am looking for a good hearty feed at great prices, local club bars and restaurants are always my go to. And this one....woah! Amazing! I was catching up with a cousin who I hadn't seen for some time, and she mentioned that she was a member here so off we go! We all started with Coffee, and this was perfect, the coffee was delicious and came to our table very quicky. We then ordered our food, and as you can imagine, the food had a very oceanic flair! And it looked amazing. There is a delicious array of seafood options, and I had to try a few of them so I ordered the Seafood Chowder and a piece of Fresh Fish which was Terakihi. The other diners ordered the Beef Cheeks, the grilled fish and chips and a HamBurger. My chowder was perfect (with the obligatory slice of garlic bread on the side!) It was loaded with fresh seafood, and was a good consistency and a deep, rich flavour. The beef cheeks were cooked perfectly, melting under the fork, and accompanied with a delicious mash and some fresh vegetables. The fish was so fresh, you could tell that it was caught that day, had a great flavour and texture. Thank you to the entire team for an amazing afternoon meal! Go on down and join up!
