Great burgers. We had the Holey one and the Golden Phoenix. The Holey one was delicious (maybe just a bit too sweet for my taste with the onion jam) and both burgers travelled well - the fried chicken in the Golden Phoenix stayed nice and crispy even after a 20 minute drive home and no soggy buns. Great chunky fries too but I would have liked more aioli.

Usually I'm not a big fan of burger but love this !!!
The bun is light and soft with a decent scent of butter, I can just eat the bun without having anything extra.after all 15 dollars for a burger like this is quite pricey.
