Has to be hands down my favorite shop. Every is so cheap and great quality. If its in my shed can guarantee this mega lads sold it to me lol. Ive also had to return a couple things from time to time and the refund comes in almost straight away! Keep it up team

Joe from Heating / Barbecue department in Napier is an amazing young man. He is extremely helpful and he went way beyond the standard customer service you would expect in such a large store. He managed to very quickly source a part for our heater for us - for which we are extremely grateful. He is a true asset to the Napier store. Thank Joe for your outstanding customer service.
