In Australia, there is a burger chain called Grill'd, and it seems Burger Fuel tries to imitate Grill'd in almost every way, but doesn't quite nail it.
That's not to say there was anything wrong, just that it tried to hard to mimmick something else. We ordered a few burgers, kumara and regular chips, pumpkin bites and a kids meal. It was all prepared fresh, very tasty, not greasy or sloppy at all. In all I highly rate the food.
The staff were great and friendly too. However, the one thing that really let the place down was the staff member rapping the order back at be like a poor mans Vanilla Ice. Look mate, I'm not a 15 year old kid who things that's cool or impressive, what I found it was confusing. I had no ideas what you were saying at me.
If that's a directive from head office then they need to stop, that is tantamount to unfathomable workplace conditions to require staff to humiliate themselves like that; and if it was the staff members decision to do that, then he just needs to stop, you're embarrassing yourself.
The 'rapping' took the score from a 4.0 to a 3.5. Harsh, but fair I feel.
Love going to burger fuel on my lunch breaks from work, the burgers and thickshakes are just so bloody good.
Customer service is 10/10, super friendly staff. Special shout out to Ken and Kayla for the awesome customer service, would give all the staff a shout out but i don't know all their names✌
If my son had his way, he would eat here every week. Great choice, fabulous quality and the staff are really good. I love the low carbonator option of lettuce instead of bun and the hamburgini is great. Aioli to die for! If I were a millionaire I would eat out here a lot.
