Mōrena, today's Brunch was at Beach Cafe & Bar at Tahunanui Beach. What a cracker of a morning to sit out in the sun and enjoy some scrumptious kai and kāwhe and watch the odd plane fly overhead. The Bacon Rosti was delicious, the kāwhe hit the mark and the mango smoothie... yum. GR8 place for Brunch or Lunch.

Lovely atmosphere and selection of food. I recommend the fish basket and berry smoothie, although their pastries/custards are delicious as well. Beware. If you eat outside you must be constantly vigilant of the flying albino rats.

Great spot and pretty good food. Excellent place to coffee and sit in the sun. Even in winter it can be warm when the sun is out and it is quite sheltered. Good play ground for the kids. Owners have excellent service and hire local kids.
