This place is officially a new favourite of mine, I’m not sure how it has only a 3.7 rating. The steak, though overcooked was delicious and the prawn starter was amazing. The squid and mocktails were also very good. Loved it! However I went with a first table booking so didn’t feel the heat of the prices as much.

Regatta Bar & Eatery is a beautiful and classy seaside restaurant on Takapuna beach. The open plan bar and kitchen and the modern decor makes it for an amazing spot for a date night or after work drinks. Although Regatta is quite pricey, the food is absolutely delicious and the service was phenomenal.
